This office is beautiful in a very clean area! I had an amazing cleaning today by Ursala. She is super informative and she is extremely educated. She informed me on how to properly clean my teeth as an adult that will help and prevent any sensitivity. This is the best cleaning I have ever had from a hygienist. I will forever come here for my cleanings. Front staff AJ & suzie are so sweet. Suzie booked my 6 month cleaning and its a date I wont miss! I have already recommended a couple people from palmdale to come to this office!

From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by a warm and welcoming team that makes you feel comfortable. My husband has had an excellent experience with Dr. Shad and the entire staff. Because he has a significant fear of going to the dentist, finding a caring and understanding office was so important. Dr. Shad took the time to put him at ease, explain everything clearly, and provide outstanding care and follow-up. Susie and AJ are absolutely wonderful! They're always friendly and helpful when calling to confirm appointments, and they even helped us get scheduled for a dental cleaning with ease. The entire office creates such a positive, comfortable environment, and we truly appreciate the exceptional care and kindness they show their patients. We highly recommend this dental office!

In all my years of visiting the dentist, this is by far the most incredible dental office I've ever experienced! From the moment I walked in, I was treated with genuine kindness, professionalism, and exceptional care. A huge thank you to Dr. Shad for giving me the smile makeover I've always wanted. Her attention to detail, expertise, and dedication truly exceeded my expectations. I couldn't be happier with my results! The entire team made every visit such a positive experience. Jasmine, the dental assistant, was incredibly patient, gentle, and kind, making me feel comfortable every step of the way. Susie was absolutely wonderful she made scheduling my appointments so easy and was always warm, friendly, and welcoming, both on the phone and in person. I’ve had a really good experience at Copperhill Smiles with my dental treatment. From the start, Suzie and Jackie have always been friendly and welcoming at the front desk, which makes a big difference walking in. Dr. Cho has been clear and thorough in explaining the plan, and Dr. Shad has been professional, kind, and reassuring during my appointments. I’ve felt comfortable and well-informed each step of the way. I've also appreciated the support from the dental assistants, including Ybeth ,Trexie and Mo who were attentive and helpful during my visits. Tori made the financial part easy to understand, which I really valued. Overall, I’ve felt supported and taken care of throughout this process. Grateful for the team at Copperhill Smiles.
