I came to UT Dentistry for comprehensive prosthodontic care, but my treatment has been fragmented, reactive, and poorly coordinated. I waited four months for one crown that was supposed to help address super-eruption, yet it did not fully correct the problem, and I still have no restored posterior support on the left side, where further super-eruption can continue. I raised concerns before the crown was finalized and was reassured it was correct. After delivery, it looked wrong and my Invisalign tray no longer fit. I have repeatedly had to identify problems, return for corrections, pay for parking, and coordinate between providers myself. I no longer trust the treating prosthodontist or the clinic’s ability to manage my case comprehensively—and neither should you.

Dr Ida Varghese is a fantastic doctor.What impressed me most was that her care did not stop with the diagnosis. She personally called us multiple times to check on my mother's condition, followed up every step of the way, answered our questions, and made sure we understood what was happening. She showed genuine compassion and concern during one of the most difficult times our family has ever faced.Doctors like dr Varghese are rare. She is not only highly skilled but also truly care about patients. Fati

This review is for the front desk staff who does not know how to provide correct information to new patients. When I called the office for the first time, I was told to do a cbct I just need my dentist's referral and I was even provided with an email id to send the referral to. Later when I called to ask for pricing and to make an appointment, I was told that a doctor at that office would first determine whether I need it or not. That means I need to make an appointment just to be told that I need a cbct (for which I already have a referral) and then I need another appointment to do the test. Also, the staff told me that they only see patients who would like to continue their treatment at the UT dentists. So, in short, they only care for people who can be used as cash cows, and not actually to treat them properly. What a disgrace and at the same time, confusing!

I was charged for missing an appointment that I hadn’t confirmed and they still charged me anyways. I put a request to reverse charge due to financial reasons and manager is so irresponsible that she doesn’t care to respond to the email until 2 months and no follow ups. Furthermore the office operator was down rude when I called, saying it’s your fault since you didn’t show up when I told her I hadn’t confirmed and was in a remote location at work.

Had an exceptional visit at UT Dentists with my daughter! We had appointments for a new patient check-up, cleaning, and filling replacement—all done in a single day. The staff, provider, and dental hygienist were friendly, welcoming, and professional. The facility was impeccably clean and well-presented. Grateful to have found a dental office that truly prioritizes patient care. Any previous negative experiences were completely overshadowed by the exceptional service at UT Dentists. Looking forward to our future visits! My daughter was also very impressed by the quality of care and the thorough answers to her dental health inquiries.
