Was seen by Dr. Er - Much to be improved on her bedside manner. After my xrays were taken, she came in, said "Hi" to the computer as she looked at the xrays (I assume, because she did not look at me), went around, asked me to open my mouth, looked at my teeth, "Im gonna look at your tongue" & "Im gonna look at your palate", examined them.. "Any questions?" I said I didnt have any.... and then she walked out without saying anything. That was the extent of our interaction, I wish I was joking. I had to ask the dental hygienist and the front desk for the dentist's name because she failed to introduce herself. Im giving 3 stars because the dental hygienist, was nice, personable, and did her job thoroughly.

LOVE this dentist!! Best dentist in Plano, hands down. Dr. Amanda Tran made me feel so comfortable and heard. They got me a same day appointment and fixed my tooth with no wait. Thank you Urgent Family Dentistry at Preston Meadow!!

I went several years ago, my husband needed his wisdom teeth extracted urgently, and despite having issues with my dental insurance and a bit of back and forth, everything was taken care of. Dr. Hamdan was honest, did not feel like he was trying to up-sell or up-charge us, and took care of my husbands teeth. His personality is a little quirky, I'll admit. But he didn't make us feel uncomfortable or inappropriate. He mentioned other things that need to get taken care of while checking his teeth. For the first time in a long time though, a Dr. did not feel like a sales shark. It was a little nerve wracking watching his teeth get extracted as sometimes a lot of force seemed to be needed, but he took care of my husband. We had no issues with recovery afterwards. He was very efficient and quick as well. I didn't feel like we spent hours just waiting around. We were taken care of promptly, on a Saturday/Sunday morning as a walk-in. They also called to check on us the day after, which I felt was pretty personal and appreciated.

Stop, don't go here. Very weak experience. Dr. Hamdan, if he is even a doctor, he hurt me a lot. I am still recovering from the damage he caused me. He was afraid and told the girl not to receive me again and not to answer my calls. Please don't go to them.

I booked my appointment at this location in less than 12hours after suffering excruciating pain overnight. My wisdom tooth had a terrible cavity and so painful that no Tylenol could help. I was booked in and when I got that numbing cream I felt like I could just walk right out. More numbing cream and injections made the extraction less than 5 mins. Even though I was very nervous, the dentist and the staff made me feel very comfortable. They assured me that I was in very safe hands and indeed I was. I carried my painful souvenir for bitter sweet memories but one thing for sure Dr H is the best. I will be going back for my exam and cleaning because he is an expert at what he does!! Thank you again for your service!!
