Shawn is the man! He has been an incredible source of support and guidance from day one. He helped me navigate the job search process during an extremely challenging and competitive job market, and he was always there to offer advice, encouragement, and direction whenever I needed it. Even during the difficult moments, Shawn continued to support me and genuinely wanted to see me succeed. I’m extremely grateful for everything he has done to help me get to where I am today. Anyone who has the opportunity to work with Shawn is in great hands!

Unitek should be your last option. They will try to persuade and trick you into taking the most unnecessary pathway to your goals, like LVN first instead of bsn And trying for you not to transfer classes so they get more money and you waste even more time. Valenica gomez was my admissions rep and trying to talk to her was like pulling teeth, extremely robotic and will fight tooth and nail to get you to waste more money and more time with MA to VN to BSN and says you cannot transfer credits when ofc you can. I had to explain to her why LVN is a waste of time and money in the long run but she still argued against it. Diksha Khadka Took over after who was my senior admission representative, after sending her plenty of information to get the enrollment going she completely ghosted me 😂 DO NOT GO TO UNITEK. I have never heard from someone in person that going to Unitek was a good idea and I know quite a few people who have gone there for programs.

Unitek College truly changed my life. The Medical Assistant program gave me so much more than the skills to start a career, it helped me grow as a person. When I first started, I lacked confidence and doubted myself, but Ms. P and Ms. Carla believed in me and encouraged me every step of the way. Their support helped me build my confidence and become someone who is ready to succeed in the healthcare field. I’m proud of how much I’ve learned and how far I’ve come. I’m so grateful for this experience and for everyone who helped me along the way. I would highly recommend this program to anyone who wants not only a great education but also the opportunity to grow personally and professionally.

I worked with Shawn for several months and wanted to leave a review based on his effort and attitude. He was consistently positive, supportive, and did his best to help me. He connected me with several recruiters and always followed up. Even though things didn't line up the way we hoped, he stayed encouraging throughout the whole process. If you're looking for someone who will stay in your corner and keep trying, he's a solid choice.

I can’t say enough great things about the nursing students and their instructor here. The students are absolutely wonderful—kind, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they’re learning. You can tell they truly care about patients, and it shows in every interaction. Patients always light up when they see them, which says a lot about the positive energy they bring. The instructor is simply the best. S/o to Ms. Jen L. Supportive, knowledgeable, and clearly dedicated to shaping the next generation of nurses, they create such a strong learning environment while also ensuring excellent patient care. Honestly, I wish I had gone to nursing school here myself. It’s such a special place for both learning and healing. The students are always welcome to return to Mountain View Health Care Center—they make a lasting impression every time they visit!
