The Hispanic receptionist girl with uneven eyebrows with two loose front hair strands working in Suite 2500 at 12:30pm on 6/10/2026 needs to calm down with her attitude. Go be mad at yourself for your uneven eyebrows, don’t unleash your attitude out on sick patients. You get paid to be a receptionist. Do your job. Other than the uneven eyebrow receptionist, nice clean building with good service. Large waiting area. Free parking in the open parking lot.

Get here at 10am for blood draw while fasting. I’m told 90 minute wait…35 minutes later I’m told it’s a 88 minute. With the amount of $ ucla charges… you’d think they’d be better staffed.

Been coming here for years. I drive nearly an hour to come here, because it's so good. Never had a bad experience. My wait time in urgent care has always been fast. I've been here maybe 8 times for urgent care over the years... and it's always been less than a 30m wait, sometimes it was immediate care. Sometimes there's a wait for the lab, but that's reasonable, it just depends on load. The doctors here are really good, very supportive, detailed and helpful.

I love this location! I have been coming here for the past 3 years when I moved to Santa Clarita. I found a fantastic UCLA PCP and come to this location for all of my urgent care needs and radiology imaging appointments. The staff are wonderful, facilities are spic and span, quiet and serene. URGENT CARE: If I need an urgent care, I love the ability to check wait times online and just time it when it’s less busy. Usually I’ve walked in expecting some wait and it’s a pleasant surprise to see an empty waiting room and be seen right away! Parking lot is free and accessible. Today was the first time I had to park on the street due to how full it was, but very close still. RADIOLOGY: Wonderfully friendly staff, punctual. My visits have always been efficient and smooth with all forms and surveys available (for the most part) to be completed in advance with MyChart app. Love it. I’ve recommended to friends and family. Very much appreciate having this location available.

Update: The below review was written 5 months ago, at which point the business commented on it asking me to reach out via another form so they could get in touch with me. Well, I did as they asked and never heard from anyone. Original review: This place is a mess when it comes to scheduling. I don't know what the deal is but it's nearly impossible to have a consistent PCP at this establishment. I'm not a needy patient and generally just come in for my annual and maybe one-two other times per year when a specific issue comes up. I have yet to see the same doctor twice. I have a named PCP, but she is always booked 8 months in advance. Doctors keep quitting left and right - it's a revolving door. Isn't the idea of a PCP to have someone who knows you well and can help you manage your health end-to-end? How can any doctor get to know their patient if they only see them once? How can any patient develop a trusting relationship with their PCP if every time it's a new person? Spoke to multiple doctors about this and they all acknowledge how big of a mess this place is, and this is partially they all keep quitting. Time to go somewhere else.
