I went on June 24th to get my wisdom teeth removed and it was good, they were efficient and the doctor himself is very nice and makes you feel comfortable, the office staff is also nice. The major problem here is billing and how the manager I think her name is Lyn handled the situation. She made it so bad and escalated so fast that it made my 5 star experience turn into 1. They quoted me for laughing gas and no laughing gas. I picked no laughing gas and they accidentally charged me for it. My boyfriend called them the same day and they were nice and said they would look into it. I have a voicemail from the manger stating they are sorry about the mistake and they would refund me the amount that was overcharged which was about $200 and they would send the check in two weeks. Well 4 weeks went by and no check and I called and left voice mails and no one ever got back to me. I called again and got a hold of someone and they said the manger would call me back and she did and I missed it. She called again the next day and I picked up and right away she was defensive saying that I was wrong and that | actually underpaid?? Which makes no sense because wouldn't they bill me for that or not

Dr. Murphy and Heaven were wonderful! I had 3 of my wisdom teeth removed in a blink of an eye 🤣 i was surprised. I was awake during the procedure and they were all so accommodating. I’m so thankful I pushed through with the procedure. After care is also good. The pain is minimal i just followed all the instructions and meds

Sitting at home, icing my face, and thinking how grateful I am for the team I had today. I had all four of my wisdom teeth pulled out this morning. Yikes, am I right, haha. I'm so relieved my dentist Dr. Alvarez recommended Tri Valley Oral Surgery for my procedure. I received the utmost care and emotional comfort during the extractions. Dr. Murphy was extremely kind and empathic. His assistant during my procedure (I'm so disappointed in myself I can't remember her name) she was lovely in every way and a massive source of comfort for me when I began to struggle emotionally. Yes, I highly recommend Tri Valley Oral Surgery!

Dr. Rega is really good. The staff was also very nice and pleasant. I was very apprehensive to get my impacted tooth extracted but they explained me all the options and gave me time to decide. Overall, I would say it was a great experience so far. I just got my tooth extracted yesterday. The office called to check on me later in the afternoon.

Dr.Rega and team did wonders to my teeth! I was always hesitant to go to a dentist. But, Dr. Rega kept me comfortable all through the process. The whole process of wisdom teeth (2) extraction was just 2 minutes!! No pain or discomfort for rest of the day. Also the bleeding stopped in a day! The clinic is so neat and hygienic. The front desk staff were also friendly and patient, more importantly they were quick! I will definitely suggest Dr. Rega to my friends and family.
