Misleading and unprofessional. Insurance costs were not clearly explained before treatment. I was later charged unexpectedly and informed of additional fees. Poor transparency and communication. Not recommended. The receptionist was so rude when I went again to discuss about my billing. Please please guys open your eyes Never visit this clinic. I would rather be fine to stay without teeth but not recommend to anyone to go their clinic

The best dentist office I’ve ever been to. The office is very clean and spacious. The staff is phenomenal and my teeth are beautiful 🤩 I won’t go to any other dentist. Dr. Rafie is great! I won’t go anywhere else.

I had such a great experience at Torrance Dental that I felt like I needed to share. I originally had an appointment scheduled later in the month, but when I called, they were able to get me in the same day. That kind of flexibility and care is honestly rare, and I really appreciated how accommodating the whole team was. I especially want to give a huge thank you to the hygienist who cleaned my teeth, a middle aged Filipino man. I wish I caught his name. He did an incredible job. Super thorough, gentle, and professional, easily one of the best cleanings I’ve had. You can tell he really takes pride in his work, and it shows. The entire staff was friendly, efficient, and made the whole visit smooth from start to finish. I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now, and experiences like this are exactly why I’ll keep coming back. Thank you again to everyone at Torrance Dental!

I had an amazing experience at this dental office from start to finish. From the moment I booked my appointment to the time I was seen, everything was smooth and welcoming. The staff is truly amazing friendly, professional, and very attentive. Dr. Raffi was extremely detailed during my appointment and made me feel comfortable the entire time. He explained everything step by step and always let me know what he was doing, which I really appreciated. It made the whole experience stress-free and reassuring. Overall, a great experience and I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent dental care!

I had an excellent experience at Torrance Dental Center. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was warm, professional, and efficient. Lily and Glenda are great! The waiting area was clean and calming, and I didn’t have to wait long before being seen. Dr. Raffi and their team were outstanding. They took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable throughout my cleaning and exam, and answered all my questions with patience and care. The technology they use is up-to-date, and I appreciated how thorough yet gentle the hygienist was during the cleaning. What really stood out was the level of genuine care—this didn’t feel like a rushed appointment. It felt like they truly cared about my dental health. Highly recommend this office if you’re looking for quality care in a friendly, professional setting!
