I love how gentle Dr. Osada is — you never feel uncomfortable, and she explains what she’s doing as she works, which really puts you at ease. The front office staff are always busy, yet they still take the time to find the schedule that works best for you, even assist with coordinating appointments with referral offices, which is outstanding customer service. Overall, I really appreciate how thoughtful and professional their presentation is for patients. Highly recommend Torrance Dental Care.

I am a new patient that hasn’t been seeing Dr. Osada for long but the amount of care and detail she gives patients is incredible. It is very noticeable she cares about her patients and giving them the best and healthiest smile possible. Her entire team is also very kind and knowledgeable and add to the already positive experience.

I've had a lifelong fear of the dentist, but after two visits I'm looking forward to my next appointment. Dr. Osada was extremely patient and gentle during both a cleaning and an extraction. She also provided a very encouraging care plan going forward. I found her staff to be very professional and helpful as well. They helped put me as ease before and after treatments. Great Dentist, But Communication & Insurance Issues Persist I’ve been going to Dr. Naomi Osada for a while now, and I want to update my review based on my recent experiences. First and foremost, Dr. Osada’s skill has always been excellent, and she is incredibly friendly and professional. Her entire staff has also been very kind over the years, which I’ve always appreciated. I also want to acknowledge Edgar, the office manager — he seems to be very hardworking and has even called me after hours to help resolve billing issues, which I respect. That said, communication has always been an issue at this office. My wife and I have both been patients, but we were never given a clear understanding of the treatment processes — whether it was a crown or an implant, there was never a proper explanation of how many visits it would take, what the exact steps were, or what to expect. We often felt like we were figuring things out as we went along, rather than having a well-explained treatment plan. The latest and most frustrating miscommunication happened when my wife went in for her last visit and was suddenly told that they no longer accepted our insurance. This was a huge shock, consider
