Great experience with Dr. Fani and sraff. The level of courtesy and expertise is unmatched. The offices are immaculate and the entire experience was easy. It was my firsr time there and we put together a plan for treatment and reviewed all insurance related issues so all was very clear. This is my new dentist without question.0

I had a consultation with Dr. Palacious today regarding my wisdom teeth, and unfortunately the quality of care was extremely disappointing. I waited about 1.5 hours, which I was understanding about, but for the actual consultation to feel like it lasted barely a minute was unacceptable. She spoke extremely fast, didn’t examine my mouth/teeth, and didn’t really explain a treatment plan specific to ME. It felt very rushed and more like I was being generalized with every other patient instead of actually being evaluated. When you’re trusting someone to perform surgery, making the patient feel informed and comfortable is so important. I definitely would not feel comfortable having surgery with this surgeon after this experience. The front desk staff were great…my concerns are strictly with the quality of care I received during the consultation from the doctor. 0/10

She's new but she's awesome, the entire staff here is amazing from all doctors to all the way to reception, Jess is super friendly very informative and beautiful ofcourse. Her welcoming smile makes you feel you're not at the dentist as im sure im not the only one who's scared of going to the dentist. Thank you Jess, great job for hiring her. See you soon

My son had an excellent experience during his tooth extraction and bone graft procedure. The process was smooth, and he experienced no complications. The dentist and staff were professional, attentive, and supportive throughout, ensuring his comfort at all times. We greatly appreciate the quality of care provided and highly recommend this practice. Thank you to everyone.
