Wow! I am pleased as can be that I found Dr. Bui and her wonderful staff. Undergoing the double trauma of breaking a tooth and then discovering that my former dentist’s office closed (!) Dr. Bui’s welcoming staff and her own cheerful demeanor felt like a safe harbor. The team worked efficiently, they explained every step so there was never a feeling of multiple hands and instruments fumbling and drilling in my mouth, my temporary crown fits perfectly, and I’m sure my new one will be perfect as well. I don’t have dental insurance but considering how many hours I was in her chair and the amount of resources that were used in my mouth, I think the cost is entirely reasonable. I highly recommend this dental practice. If like me, you are one of the many patients who have quite suddenly found themselves without a dental practice to rely on, consider switching to Dr Bui’s practice. She and her team are exceptional!

I can’t say enough great things about Dr Bui and her friendly, helpful, and supportive assistant and front office crew. I’m in town visiting for the summer and unfortunately I chipped my front tooth. My friend, a retired local dentist, sent me to Dr. Bui’s office. She got me in quickly (yikes- my front tooth looked terrible), consulted with me on the method she could take to repair the tooth, explained every step she took while working, matched my color perfectly, and did all of this in a friendly, upbeat, and particularly gentle manner. To the person, from her assistant to the front office staff everyone was wonderful. I felt like a special and valued patient not a first time patient and work-in. I have only wonderful things to say about my experience.

We took all 3 out of 4 of our daughter's ages 10, 6 & 4 (& 1) to Dr. Bui's office for teeth cleanings & I have to say, the service was phenomenal, personable, immaculate offices, gentle & patient staff & great attention to care. We appreciate all the staff that worked hands on with our children including Dr. Bui. They absolutely loved the treasure chest reward at the very end. Quick clip attached of their experience. 5 stars! Highly recommend.

Going to Tiffany Bui's dental practice is like going to your personal family dentist. They treat me like a member of the family and they make me feel well taken care of. Love Kris, she is a phenomenal dental hygienist

EDIT: After Tiffany Bui reached out to me and reconciled the situation, I resumed my visits and scheduled a 6 month follow-up. Today was that scheduled appointment and upon arriving today I was told they had “canceled my visit because they weren’t sure if I was still going to be a patient with them because of what happened.” This was after I had reconciled and we rescheduled. Seriously what is going on here? Original review: I absolutely loved my appointment with Dr. Paul. He was incredibly thorough, and I honestly expected to stay with this dentist long-term. He gave me a lot of helpful recommendations to improve my dental health, including a special cleaning for gum inflammation, follow-up care, referrals to a periodontist for a procedure I needed, oral surgeon for wisdom teeth removal, recommendation for Invisalign, and other details. Because there was so much to go over, we didn’t get to the cleaning that had been scheduled along with my new patient visit, which I completely understand. However, at the front desk I was told they never schedule cleanings with new patient visits. I tried to clarify the miscommunication because a family member of mine had a similar back-to-back
