Unhygienic, unethical experience, sadly. 1. A linebacker rough woman moved her gloved hand from inside my mouth to an uncovered, unprotected mouse clicking away at a heavily used computer to take photos of my teeth. I was disturbed to say the least. I brought up the issue in a follow up call, because, in the year of our lord 2026, why is this office allowing techs to go raw inside a mouth to a computer mouse? The pr type lady said they clean the office after every patient. I doubt it. Based on every other dentist's office I've been to, the protocol would be to have at least the computer mouse/keyboard covered with a plastic sheath that is changeable. Other that that, all my saliva was dripping into the crevices of this heavily utilized mouse from this rough, gruff persons (think prison warden) dirty gloved hands. 2. After taking many rounds of photos of two teeth that may need crowns (like 20-30 photos total in addition to xrays), they only submitted one photo per tooth in the approval application to Denti-Cal. That is unprofessional, unethical process, they do not properly advocate for their Medi-cal patients, in my experience. 3. One dentist (Nadia, older woman) was so unprofess

Over the past 2 years they have taken great care of my daughter’s teeth. She had a serious over bite. They fixed everything to perfection. Great service every time we are here!!! Thanks Dr. Guinn and Silvia Z for your service on the front end.

We love The Smile Agency! Everyone is so great and they helped us so much with my son Jacob’s teeth and braces. They’ve always been very accommodating with appointments or adjustments. He has a beautiful smile to last a lifetime and we couldn’t be more thankful to the team!

I cannot say enough amazing things about The Smile Agency, especially Silvia! She has made this entire process so easy from beginning to end. My daughter was very nervous about getting braces, but Silvia reassured her every step of the way and made her feel completely comfortable and at ease. She has also been incredibly helpful throughout the billing process, explaining everything thoroughly and answering every question we had. She truly goes above and beyond to make things stress-free not only for the patient, but for the parents as well. My daughter is always excited to go to her appointments, which says a lot! I also love that they offer little incentives for their patients — it makes the experience even more positive and fun. I honestly have nothing but wonderful things to say about this office. Everyone is kind, professional, and welcoming. I also love that they offer both orthodontic and regular dental services all in one place. Everything has been such a smooth and easy experience. I would absolutely recommend The Smile Agency to anyone looking for an amazing dental and orthodontic office. If I ever needed braces myself, I would definitely choose them too!

I had an amazing experience at The Smile Agency. The facilities and technology are modern, efficient, and well organized. I was seen within minutes of arriving, which I truly appreciated. The entire staff is caring, understanding, and genuinely makes you feel valued--like your opinions and comfort really matter. They go above and beyond to ensure you're satisfied with your care. Elizabeth was incredibly polite and warm, and she made my experience even better by truly listening to me and getting me seen right away. Today I went in just to grab some wax, but Julio took me back without hesitation to take a look to see what was going on he adjusted my wire, and even gave me extra wax just in case--at no charge. That level of care meant so much to me. I honestly feel like part of the team rather than just another patient. Silvia was also very informative and helpful in getting my care started. I highly recommend The Smile Agency to anyone looking for exceptional orthodontic care and a team that truly cares.
