Very nice office and great smiles greeting you as you enter the door. I didn’t have to wait and was taken back to start my procedures. I was asked about my condition, explained to the procedure and was prepped for the doc. The doc explained it all and was comforting to my scared feelings of her. She was great and before I know it, it was time to leave. I was scared for nothing. Thank you, Team.

I have had the pleasure of meeting the best Dental Hygienist, Mandy Neely. Her patient care is top-notch. One of her best qualities is her ability to tell you exactly what you need to do to produce the best outcomes for your health. Great personality and skilled know-how; who could ask for more? If you are blessed to have her, be sure to take a picture to remember the trip.

I would not recommend this dentist- Dr. Harb. Dr, Valentini is amazing! While the office itself is pleasant and the staff and other dentists were generally kind, my experiences with Dr. Harb were deeply upsetting. I required extensive dental treatment, including a dental implant, and I felt that my pain and concerns were not taken seriously during the process. During the implant procedure, I experienced significant pain and felt dismissed when I expressed discomfort. Comments that were made to me about having had children and being able to tolerate the pain were particularly hurtful and left a lasting impression. After the procedure, I was not provided with pain medication, and I experienced severe brain hurting pain- she drilled into my head literally- afterward while trying to obtain over-the-counter relief on my own. Despite these concerns, I continued returning to the practice for routine care because it was the dental office I knew and trusted at the time. Unfortunately, a later experience involving a crown and local anesthesia was even more concerning. Everyone there worked above and beyond to make sure that you get the very best out come for your dental work from cleaning to dental surgery. They worked with me on my blood pressure issues to make sure everything was ok. I’m very pleased to have been able to get them and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE especially Veterans. Love the work yall done.

I had such a great experience here at 650 Heights with Mandy. From the moment I arrived, everyone was friendly and the wait time was very short. Mandy was especially amazing — you can truly tell she cares about her patients and takes the time to educate them instead of rushing through the appointment. I was a little anxious since I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while, but she made me feel comfortable right away. She was very careful, thorough, and went above and beyond during my visit. Unfortunately I needed a small procedure done, but she did a wonderful job and made the experience much better than I expected. She also gave me helpful recommendations for whitening strips, mouthwash, and preventative care, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find someone who is both highly professional and genuinely compassionate. I’ll definitely be coming back to see Mandy and would absolutely recommend her to my friends and family!
