I do not recommend Dr. Ganter. My minor son had all four wisdom teeth, along with an extra tooth, removed by Dr. Ganter. Throughout the entire experience, she never made an effort to speak with me before or after the procedure. As a parent, I expected the surgeon to at least update me on how the surgery went, but I received no communication whatsoever. Another issue was with his prescriptions. We were supposed to receive them the day before surgery so they could be filled in advance, but I never received them. On the day of surgery, the nurse asked whether my son had started his antibiotics. Naturally, the answer was no because we never received the prescription. The nurse simply said it was okay and proceeded with the surgery. Before the procedure, we were handed a sheet of paper with aftercare instructions and a bag containing gauze and a syringe for rinsing. After the anesthesia wore off, I noticed my son had significant bruising on his arms. He told me he had been stuck multiple times while they were trying to start his IV. On May 1st, I had an appointment at 8:15am in the morning for my 4 wisdom teeth removal. The lady at the front receptionist desk was very helpful, she passed all my information to the nurse and the nurse was also very nice she had all the instructions ready for me on how to take care my wisdom teeth removal when I am on recovery and she did a CT scan on me for the wisdom teeth removal. Lastly, I met my Dr McNeill, and he helped me to stay relaxed by putting me into anesthesia because I was feeling a little bit nervous by the time Dr McNeill, was removing all 4 of my wisdom teeth during the procedure when I was asleep. I did not feel any pain at all and it went very smooth it took him about an hour to remove all 4 wisdom teeth by the time I woke up everything was done. Thank you Dr McNeill, and his team you guys are the best. I definitely recommend using their services!!

Was very impressed with how well the staff got along with each other. There was just a really positive good vibe which indicates to me a really good staff environment. I loved meeting Dr Ganter, and her assistant was really personal and really friendly. Between the two of them I felt totally at ease. Dr Ganter answered all my questions, and because of certain medical conditions I have was able to put me at ease in regards to the outcome. All in all, it felt like I was being listened to come all my questions were answered, and I came away from there feeling like I was in the best hands possible.

I was a little nervous about getting all four of my wisdom teeth removed, but Dr. McNeill and the staff made such a difference. They were kind, patient, and made me feel completely at ease. My recovery went better than I expected, with minimal discomfort and a smooth healing process. I’m so glad I chose them and would definitely recommend!

I had a great experience with Dr. Robert G. McNeill and his staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and welcoming. Dr. McNeill was outstanding—he took the time to answer all my questions and clearly explained everything before starting the procedure. He made sure I was comfortable and pain-free, and his skill and calm, personable attitude really put me at ease.
