Dr. Duraini and his staff are phenomenal! From the front staff to everyone in clinical, they are all so welcoming and amazing. Taryn assisted Dr. Duraini during my daughter’s 3rds removal. They both made my daughter feel comfortable before and after her procedure. I wouldn’t recommend any other office for oral surgery. Dr. Duraini is definitely the best in the DFW!! Thank y’all!

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Dr. Duraini was kind and through in his explanation of what my procedure would intel, even explaining options that would achive my overall goal even if it decreased his profit. Only had to wait about 15 or so minutes past my appointment time, but it was due to the Dr. providing extra care to a patient following a surgery that went over. Parking is tight so plan ahead or you may have to park further. Waiting area is small but clean and seats have USB outlets and electrical plugs for your devices, as well as complentary water for those waiting on patients. Prices are a little on the high side, and they do lean towards services that maximize your dental options and their profit margin, but you get what you pay for. There are no payment plan options that I was made aware of, but their estimates are good for 6mos. Overall good experience and I give them 9/10.

I highly recommend Dr. Duraini to anyone considering orthognathic surgery! He performed my upper jaw surgery this spring, and the entire process, from the initial consultation to the surgery and follow-up care, has been exceptional. He and his entire team were incredibly helpful, informative, and attentive every step of the way. My surgery went smoothly without any complications, and my recovery has been progressing perfectly. I still have some swelling (as expected) but the results so far are incredible! I truly can’t say enough great things about everyone at Texas Maxillofacial Surgery!

Amazing experience! The entire team was kind, professional, and made me and my son feel comfortable throughout the whole process. My daughter had her wisdom teeth taken out and I have to say this was a wonderful experience starting with the front desk great communication very friendly. Everyone in the back staff was great very friendly and communicated everything clearly and paid great attention to our needs and concerns. Dr. Duraini was a blessing made my daughter feel at ease and have to say he’s the best! I recommended this location to my sister. I highly recommend this location from start to finish it was an absolute dream. We loved it!
