I’ve been with TDS for over five years now. Dr. Barbash built amazing teeth for me after cancer surgery took my upper jaw in 2020. He is mostly retired now and sold the business to Dr. Imatola, but I go back twice a year every year for cleanings and inspections even though it’s not particularly close to home or my job because the whole staff is so wonderful to work with and so meticulous in their work.

I have been coming here for years and always have a great experience. The office staff is always friendly, my appointments are always timely, the hygienist is amazing and Dr Imitola is thorough and professional. Would highly recommend!

I am an oral cancer survivor of 16 years. First, Dr. Barbash provided my care and now Dr. Imitola has for the last 3 years. The work they have done is extraordinary. I cannot recommend Dr. Imitola enough, she is caring, fearless- as was Dr. Barbash- and innovative in her care. I moved from Dallas to Colorado over 6 years ago and continue to have all of my dental care with them in Dallas. They handle my routine teeth cleaning, check-ups and prepare changes for my dental appliance; often while I wait so I do not have to make multiple visits by air when more extensive work has been needed.

I was referred to Texas Smile Solutions in May 2025. I am honored and privileged to have met and received care from such exceptional and professional individuals. Dr. Barbash and Dr. Imitola are completely thorough and very kind. The office staff is knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to help with answering questions and giving direction. Sylvia goes above and beyond her job as hygienist. I cannot say how grateful I am to have encountered these individuals and this practice. Thank you!

I was referred to Texas Dental Solutions for a prosthetic as I’ve had oral cancer with a total glossectomy. This was supposed to aide in eating and speaking. The prosthetic is huge and hangs down in the center of my mouth giving the appearance of a tail. It is so big it literally makes me gag. My appearance has already been grossly altered due to my glossectomy, and this device just makes it worse! I was charged $7000 no guarantees for this mess I will eventually throw in the trash. I was so excited I might be able to speak again, instead I just cried. As a professional, I should have been told they couldn’t help me rather than make something so ridiculous and charge me such a high price.

Want a doctor/staff that cares? You have selected the right practice. Want the most experienced physicians, best trained with satisfied clients? You have selected the right practice 9 years since my major dental work was done with TX Dental Solutions/Dr Barbash. I now see Dr Mireya. I keep coming back for annual check ups and look forward to them. They all still care about me and the health of my mouth.
