The last time my daughter received vaccinations, they told me her records would be available online and any location I would go to would be able to access that historical report to keep going with vaccinations. The receptionist here turned me away because you apparently have to bring the hard copy every time. I wasted my time driving here. Is it not 2026? How is it everyone else can store things electronically and for some reason, this place can't? Don't even waste your time here.

Came in to get my TB reading and William (I believe he’s the supervisor) was great! First nurse in my 33 years of living that has ever asked “May I touch you?” Before actually touching me to read my results! He’s a great man and I can tell just from that short interaction! Very polite and respectful!

I rarely leave reviews but this was a particularly bad experience. The website says to arrive before 4pm to recieve same-day vaccination services. I arrived with my 2 yr old at 3:58pm. They denied me services and gave me a dirty look when I arrived at the reception desk. They did not have a good response when I pressed them about the time deadline. It was clear they were not busy and simply did not want to do the work. Do NOT go here if you are pressed for time and will arrive close to 4pm!!

My experience at the front desk was very disappointing. The staff (Natasha) were rude and condescending, making customers and myself feel like an inconvenience rather than individuals seeking help. When I tried to refer a customer to another location for assistance, I was rudely told that I should not be doing so. In addition, I noticed several customers leaving because of the front desk staff’s negative attitude and lack of courtesy. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and discourages people from accessing important public health services. I strongly recommend improving customer service training so that every visitor is treated with respect, patience, and kindness.

Tarrant county do better! The receptionist was rude right before I could get a word in mam we are fixing to go to lunch loudly at me. I had called the call center they had specificallly told me that they take walk ins to be there before 8am for when they open the door or before they open the door at 1pm so that they could take me. Okay so I go today before 1pm thats the first thing that comes out of her mouth she then starts saying we go to lunch 1-2 at this location not 12-1 okay again stop giving out wrong information of course I got upset I was not going to be dealing with the rudeness when this is not my fault because why is Tarrant county giving out wrong information I tried to make an appointment when I had called the call center and the representative told me no go ahead in as a walk in. Why are yall so mad and bitter? Why are all the receptionists and people that work at Tarrant county like that? If yall hate the job so much why be there I ended up leaving did not want to deal with them anymore but it is just sad and I hate to say it but pathetic. There needs to be a complete overhaul of people that work at the locations for Tarrant County not sure if they are overworked,
