I had a great first experience! The office is beautiful, clean, and welcoming, and every staff member I interacted with was genuinely friendly and kind. I was especially impressed with the technology they use. The imaging and X-rays made it easy to see and understand everything the dentist and dental staff were explaining, which gave me a lot of confidence in their recommendations. The entire team was thorough, meticulous, professional, and had wonderful bedside manner. I appreciated that their recommendations felt thoughtful and focused only on the treatment that was actually needed—never pushy or sales-driven. The office was also very efficient while still making me feel like they took their time with me. Safe to say their Instagram ad worked. 😂

Amazing experience. I initially came here for a dental emergency when I broke a teeth and my regular dentist couldn’t get me in. A Swish receptionist at another location reached out to each Swish til she could get me an appointment the next day. This is now my regular dentist. They’ve been kind, compassionate and provided excellent care. There’s also transparency in pricing which I appreciate. Everyone from the front desk to the hygienists to assistants to dentists are wonderful. Cannot recommend Swish enough.

I had my Invisalign consultation at Swish heights today and I must say I was very impressed with the service. Miss Jay, Asia and Dr. Patel were very professional and attentive in their service to me. The care team was exceptional in their service and very friendly. They took time to explain everything to me to make sure I understood what was going on. As a patient, I was treated to a private suit where most of the services was done. The facility is clean, with nice spacious rooms, with advanced technology and service. I highly recommend.

I recently visited Swish and had a really great experience. From the moment I walked in, Asia at the front desk was super friendly, welcoming, and professional. Her energy was amazing, and she made the entire process feel smooth and stress free. She was organized, efficient, and helped everything run seamlessly, which made a great first impression. Dr. Dalia was very attentive and walked me through why my teeth were feeling sensitive and what I could do about it. She explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. Lucy, the hygienist assistant, was also great and very attentive, helping everything go smoothly. Lex also provided really helpful information on the different services offered and made sure I fully understood everything, which I really appreciated. Overall, the service was excellent from start to finish. I left feeling confident in the care I received and would definitely recommend Swish to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly dental office.

Let’s start with the fact that I haven’t been to dentist in over 2 years (life got in the way), but I needed to get a tooth looked at. I found Swish in the Heights off a google search and Google did not disappoint! The location is super convenient. The staff is top tier!! I started the visit with the sweetest smile at the front desk and based on my greeting and first interaction with the lovely front desk, I knew I was in the right place. After check in, Evelyn greeted me and showed me around and walked me through the next steps. She was so welcoming and made the experience a pleasure!! She was also very efficient in placement of my temporary crown. Before I decided what we needed to address in this visit, I met with Ailyn, to go over my insurance coverage and my part that would be due. She was so detailed and answered all my questions and is really the STANDARD of what the billing portion of a visit should be. She didn’t try to pressure me to commit to more than necessary and explained how the charges were grouped. Definitely very pricey and had the prettiest green eyes and the funniest personality. Dr Patel was so flawless with his installation of my crown. Very charming and
