We came from another children’s orthodontist in Newport Beach for the second stage of our son’s journey to a perfect smile, and WOW—what a difference in the quality of service and care! At our previous orthodontist, my son would often be called back and then sit in the chair for more than 30 minutes before actually being seen. There always seemed to be a reason—an emergency came up, they were short-staffed, or they were simply running behind. After a while, I honestly thought long waits like that were just a normal part of orthodontic appointments. What a difference here! There’s always parking, and when we arrive for our appointment, my son is usually seen within minutes—sometimes almost immediately. They truly respect your appointment time, and that means so much to a busy family. I really wish we had found this place sooner! Having two locations also gives us so much flexibility when planning around our busy schedules. We’re from Costa Mesa, so both locations are convenient, but honestly, I would drive miles for this level of care and service. I had been putting off seeing an orthodontist for years because I genuinely thought I couldn’t afford treatment. As a full-time student working part-time as a substitute aide for a local school district, I kept telling myself it would have to wait. Meanwhile, my wisdom teeth were coming in, my teeth were shifting, and I was dealing with daily pain, headaches, and eventually migraines. Looking back, I only wish I had come in sooner. Dr. Levin and his team made treatment far more affordable than I expected with a payment plan that fit my budget. What seemed impossible for years ended up being completely manageable. Beyond the financial aspect, the experience itself was exceptional. I have had white coat syndrome my entire life and am usually very anxious around dental and medical appointments. This is a great orthodontics office. I received a referral to them from a previous dentist, and I’m so glad they sent me here. From my first contact calling to inquire to my in person visit for my retainer (my call was answered on the second ring!) I was treated with professionalism and respect. They were up front with pricing, scheduled me very quickly, and ran on time for every point of contact. Dr Levin is knowledgeable and kind, and will put any patient at ease. I don’t usually feel so happy after going to a tooth doctor but everyone was so nice- would totally recommend.

Dr. Levin and his staff were absolutely wonderful. They were kind, informative, and let me ask every crazy question that came to mind. I had a great experience under their care and left with a straighter smile and a congratulatory gift bag! I highly recommend their services. One of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had.
