Dr. Justice and staff were unbelievably amazing. At age 65, I was in need of my first root canal. Dr. Justice explained the procedure and the reasoning why I needed it. She was gentle and constantly checked up to make sure I was comfortable. It was a pleasant experience.

I have always been absolutely terrified of going to the dentist. My anxiety gets so overwhelming because I've had so many bad experiences in the past. When I found out I needed to have a root canal redone, I was honestly dreading the appointment. From the moment I met Dr. Tsai, he completely changed my experience. He was incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate. He took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy for me to understand, never rushed me, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. He truly went above and beyond to help calm my anxiety before we even started. Once the procedure began, my anxiety started to rise and I found myself tensing up even more. Dr. Tsai noticed right away and was so gentle, reassuring, and efficient throughout the entire procedure. I honestly never imagined I could feel so relaxed during a dental appointment. For the first time, I felt like someone truly understood my fear and treated me with so much patience and care. I also want to thank the entire staff. The front desk receptionist Sara was very friendly, professional…courteous…presented a friendly smile. I didn’t have to wait a long time to see the doctor. Dr Justice was excellent…a real professional…answered all my questions… I had a root canal done. No issues to report. The procedure was done on time… I would highly recommend her service.

I dont write reviews too often. Usually I send a handwritten card, plastered with no less than 500 positive & uplifting words...because I enjoy writing. Lol but true. That being said, had a consultation with Dr. Justice last week & knew before I left their office, that they were worthy of a 5 star review, most definitely. Everyone I interacted with at Southern California Endodontics in Anaheim was top notch, from the girl who graciously helped at the front counter, the dental assistant who took my xrays with ease & Dr. Justice, who took the time to explain and answer my questions & concerns in a very calm and reassuring way. We always hope that life is gonna run smoothly, like butterflies onsunny days. But when life doesn't go as planned, dont forget to find the blessing. For me, it was this entire office staff in the early morning last week. They care, they have your back & trust comes easily knowing this. Thank you Jessica, Patty & Dr. Justice!!! Dr. Greiner is the best. He is doing my dental implant and talks you through the entire process from the needle numbing to post care. I am very anxious about dentistry and am allergic to pain and I felt no pain. I didn’t even feel the needle. He talked me through everything he was doing and made me feel very comfortable. I know he is semi retired now but I hope he continues to practice as we need experienced doctors like him in the field. I also appreciate the staff that reply to texts. They know it’s hard to talk those first few days so responding to my questions are very helpful.
