After struggling with my dental implants for a long time, I finally found Dr. Bryhn Simmons. Before seeing him, I had consulted with three different dentists and still couldn't find a solution that felt right. From my first appointment, Dr. Simmons took the time to truly listen to my concerns. He never rushed me or dismissed what I was feeling. He carefully evaluated my case, took additional measurements, and when the digital scan wasn't enough because of my small mouth, he even took traditional impressions to make sure everything was as accurate as possible. The day my bridge was placed, he made several adjustments and checked on me multiple times to make sure the fit was right. I never felt rushed. His goal was to make sure I was comfortable, not just finish the appointment. It has now been over a month since my bridge was placed, and I am very happy with the outcome. I can chew normally again, and everything has been healing and adapting well. I also want to recognize the entire office staff. I’ve always had bad experiences at dentist’s offices until I started coming to South Texas Dental Implants of San Antonio. Dr. Simmons and his staff have treated me not only like a patient but also like family. So sweet and caring. I feel so comfortable there and at ease. Love this office and the professional work that they have done on my teeth. Highly recommend.

I want to tell EVERYONE what an amazing experience I had today with South Texas Dental implants and prosthetics. Bryhn Simmons is the dentist with a magic touch. I felt no pain throughout the procedure. You can feel his passion and precision while working his craftsmanship in dentistry. I came to know about this Dental office when I brought my 90 year old father for dentures. That too was an awesome delivery. I want to give a special thanks to the staff. Dr. Simmons is unquestionably the greatest dental practioner of any I have ever experienced. (And I have tried MANY over the years.) All of his staff is equally kind and professional. More than just being a knowledgable master of prosthedontics, he just has a great, honest, down to earth chairside manner, and his ability to empathise with his patients comes through in the very careful but effective ways in which he examines your teeth. His touch and manipulation of your mouth shows he has a sensitivity quite unlike any other dental expert. Also - he is just a very friendly, down to earth guy! HOWEVER - these partial dentures are not the optimal choice. Paying the additionsl for implants is a much better option

Dr. Simmons has a very personable attitude that was kind and catering to what I really wanted. He knew what would be best for me and I trusted his opinion. I appreciated that he made me a new crown for my implant that I got done somewhere else. My crown I feel confident and very happy with how it looks like all my other teeth. the old crown I got from another office in Colorado fell out in 5 days and did not look like my teeth at all, I was disappointed and Dr.Simmon’s made me one and it looks great. I’m happy with coming here and getting his opinion and work

Dr. Bryhn Simmons changed my life!!! I came here 2 years ago after another place gave me the absolute worst dentures and treatment. Dr. Simmons and his staff made me feel so comfortable and listened to me, my concerns and my fears. They worked with me and gave me the absolute best options that worked for me. He is so maticulous and take so much pride in his work and GENUINELY cares for his patience. After over 10 years ashamed of being ashamed of my smile... thanks to Dr. Simmons and his staff... I FINALLY have my smile back!!

I have been going to South Texas Dental Implants and Prosthetics to have a full mouth extraction and dental implants put in (for the last year). I have complete faith in Dr. Bryhn Simmons and the rest of the office staff and most especially Thelma. I did a lot of research in choosing a provider and I am very fortunate that I found Dr. Simmons. Every person in this small family owned business is nice and supportive and encouraging and helpful. I have a lot of anxiety about having dental work done and with this office, they take their time and the doctor will move at your speed and level of comfort. Somehow Dr. Simmons has learned how to make a shot not hurt which I’m very grateful for. They also have the best music selection going on in the background. At 50 plus years old, this is the first dental office I’ve been to that feels like home.

The absolute best dental practice by far. Upon entering the very comfortable, and beautifully decorated waiting area the soft music makes you feel relaxed and right at home. The entire staff from reception, hygienist, techs, and Dr Simmons - the absolute definition of friendliness, sincerity, and professionalism!! We have never experienced a bad visit and no longer dread going to the dentist.
