Very unprofessional. Provider was so rude to his assistant during the exam…. I was so uncomfortable. Tried pressuring me to take X-rays that I already took at a different dental office two days ago. I was unsure of X-rays and the assistant was still shoving the sensor in my mouth?? Reason for coming here was because they said they take my insurance and the other one didn’t. I refused the X-rays and they told me that they can’t treat my cavities unless they take their own X-ray images and also refused to request the images from the previous dental office and said I’ll need to do it on my own but that they still want their own images. I don’t understand why they couldn’t take a look at the X-rays? And if they werent clear enough to request that I take them again? Could we not save time, money, and less exposure to radiation? So we move forward with the cleaning. I go to check out and they tell me they don’t accept my insurance? I called two days prior coming into my appointment to confirm that they accept my insurance, and they confirmed that they do. Well I was left to pay unfortunately. I left and It didn’t sit right with me so I called again to see what insurance they take, they

SAVE YOURSELF!! ITS A SIGN THIS PLACE HAS HAD NO REVIEWS IN 4 YEARS! Dr. Hu is greedy and does not care about his patients. Very hostile when you try to get any information from them. Beware he will charge you full price out of pocket EVEN IF YOU HAVE INSURANCE. he refuses to send a claim to insurance even though he is contracted. reporting this place to the better business bureau, since they are very rude and corrupt

I really like the straight forward and compassionate approach Dr. Hu has. Dr. Hu, takes his time to really educate and make sure you understand all procedures throughout the entire visit. The staff is very professional, genuinely nice and extremely helpful both over the phone and in office. Timing is fairly fast and if it's busy, still worth the wait! I highly recommend this Dental office

I seriously need to write a review regarding my kids first bad visit to this dentist Hu. He treated us very disrespectfully when my daughters were just curious and playing with some of their stuff on their dental counters (kid nature). He scolds at them and I saying that I’d better help them brush their teeth and to yell at them for touching his stuff and especially because his X-ray wire to the laptop costs $4,000. He said if it simply touches the ground it’ll be claimed us to be at fault and I’d have to pay for it. He went on rudely pointing all the things my girls were doing that he doesn’t like and for me to keep them on check because I’m not disciplining them. So does he want me to scream on top of my lungs and hit them in a clinical setting to disturb him more? Furthermore after seeing my daughters teeth he says he’s not going to do it and, with excuse, said he will tell a specialist to fix her 2 cavities. It’s obvious he doesn’t want to deal with us because of my kids curiousness and talkative acts... I’d rather go to a sincere dentist who really gives me his best care and advice. I don’t recommend him at all based on my years of dental care.
