My daughter had all four of her wisdom teeth removed today, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Dr. Daniel Kohanchi the anesthesiologist, who made the process incredibly smooth and reassuring. My daughter fell asleep almost immediately, and the procedure was completed in just 40 minutes. Her recovery has been remarkably comfortable, with minimal discomfort and no complications. The entire team was welcoming, professional, and attentive from start to finish. The office itself is beautiful, modern, and exceptionally clean, creating a calming environment for patients and families. The oral surgeon did an outstanding job, and we are truly grateful for the excellent care we received. If you're looking for a skilled, compassionate team for wisdom teeth removal or oral surgery, I highly recommend this practice. I had such a great experience at SoCal Sleep Dentistry with Dr. Nina and Dr. Daniel Kohanchi. From the moment I walked in, the entire team were so friendly and made me feel comfortable, cared for, and completely at ease. I recently got an IV drip there and honestly felt amazing afterwards! Dr. Nina and Dr. Daniel are both incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and attentive, and you can tell they truly care about their patients’ comfort and overall wellness. The office is beautiful, calming, and professional, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend SoCal Sleep Dentistry to anyone looking for a team that goes above and beyond!

We had the best experience with Dr. Nina Rastegar for my son’s very first dentist visit and cleaning. The office is beautifully designed — clean, elevated, and calming, which immediately put both me and my son at ease. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and Dr. Rastegar herself was so warm, gentle, and patient with my son. She made him feel comfortable and turned what could have been a stressful first appointment into such a seamless experience. They had toys and thoughtful distractions that made all the difference for a toddler. They have everything in-house with the latest equipment and technology. You can tell so much care and intention has gone into every detail of the practice. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a dentist who is both exceptional clinically and wonderful with kids.

I can’t say enough amazing things about So Cal Sleep dental office! From the moment we walked in, everything was spotless, modern, and incredibly welcoming. The tech is state of the art and you can tell they really prioritize both comfort and quality care. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the staff—especially Dr. Nina, Dr. K, and Juan. They turned my toddler’s first cleaning into a fun, engaging game, and somehow made the entire visit feel exciting instead of scary. I have genuinely never seen my son so happy at an appointment like this—he walked out smiling and has been asking to go back ever since! We were so impressed that we ended up bringing our whole family in—and every visit has been just as positive. What really meant the most, though, was how they showed up in a stressful moment. When my baby had a fall and his gum and tooth were bleeding, they got us in right away. Nina immediately calmed me down and reassured me that no matter what, there was a solution. My first time with anesthesia during a dental procedure and Dr. Kohanchi made it a pleasant experience. He was very thorough with my medical history pre procedure and he was calming and assuring at the clinic (he came to my dentist’s clinic in Sherman Oaks.) Afterwards, he checked in post procedure and walked me through concerns I had about my root canals (not performed by him.) For someone with past dental trauma, he made my whole procedure comfortable. 10/10 would use his services again.
