My experience with this endodontist's office was awful from start to finish. I left in more pain than I arrived with, and what made it even worse was the way I was treated by the staff. They were incredibly rude, dismissive, and showed very little compassion or professionalism. When you're already anxious and in pain, the last thing you need is to be made to feel like an inconvenience. I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for quality care or basic kindness.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend SoCal Micro Endodontics enough. From the moment I first walked through the door, I was treated with genuine kindness, respect, and compassion. As someone who has struggled with severe dental anxiety and has felt judged in the past because of my teeth, this office was a completely different experience. They made me feel comfortable, safe, and never once embarrassed. Dr. Shahabi worked on five of my root canals that needed retreatment. He was incredibly kind, professional, fast, and efficient. His skill and confidence immediately put me at ease, and I always felt like I was in excellent hands. After working with Dr. Shahabi, Dr. Vahdati took over and completed four additional retreatments. The way he handled my anxiety was truly exceptional. Throughout my procedures, he constantly reassured me, telling me, “It’s okay, we’ve got you. You’re going to be okay.” Those simple words made a huge difference and helped me stay calm during treatments that would have otherwise been very stressful for me. If I could give zero stars I would. My daughter was in a horrific accident. I front loaded everyone there on all she has endured. The receptionist was very rude but I was still willing to give them a try. I should have taken that red flag and gone elsewhere. I made the appt and was told I could bring in X-rays I had so that my young daughter did not have to be exposed to radiation again. Not only did they have to take more X-rays I could hear the doctor rudely and loudly say “tell the mom she has to get a CT scan I do not care the circumstances!” To which the lady that was doing our intake changed completely what she had initially told me and said she needed a full CT scan . This should have been another red flag but at this point without officially meeting the doc (outside of hearing him yell) I would give him a shot. He comes in and asks my 10 year old daughter why she was there (mind you I had warned them that she does not want to talk about the trauma) my daughter being sweet explains yet again what I had already explained on the phone to him. He looks at me and says “you are lucky I take kids, most people don’t” I said well she just came from another specialist so the

Dr. Vahdati and the entire staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. I had no idea that having a root canal could be such a painless experience. The GentleWave treatment made me feel that the procedure went above and beyond standard care. I would highly recommend SoCal Micro Endodontics to anyone in need of a root canal. This office is amazing. In less than a month, as a new patient, they were able to do 3 root canals (all separate appointments) plus the initial appointment. Staff are extremely nice, helpful, communicative, and straightforward. This office also has gentlewave technology for those interested or curious. As a current student, I only did and paid what was necessary to get done but there was no shame or pressure to do anything else or pay more. Another plus, they are very quick with sending over any kind of information such as xrays to my general dentist and authorizations for the root canals to my insurance. So to have all this done within a month is genuinely amazing. Again, from the front desk to the assistants to the doctor, everyone was very nice. I am so happy my general dentist referred me here and I’m grateful for all the care and help they provided while my time there. If anyone from the office sees this, thank you again :)
