although i did not receive dental care from here, my interactions with ms. rivera and ms. brown were phenomenal. they displayed professionalism and were willing to help. i got care off base and they walked me through the process of getting paperwork done.

Horrible clinic. It is now June 13, 2025. Since October of 2024, I've had 2 referrals that were put in to this clinic to work with my dental implant, because they're supposed to have the specialist that work with that. I was finally able on the third referral attempt to get an appointment for July 2025. I already had my regular cleaning scheduled at my main dental clinic but received a call from Smoke Bomb that, yes, they have my appointment scheduled to clean my implant, for July but they wanted me to cancel my appointment at my main dental clinic for my cleaning because they claimed they could do it all there at Smoke Bomb. Given the long wait times with appointments at Dental clinics on Bragg, I informed them that I was not going to cancel that appointment because I am overdue for a cleaning and that appointment is sooner than the one Smoke Bomb had for me in July. I also didn't want to risk canceling that appointment and later on Smoke Bomb calls to cancel their appointment with me (which they have done before). Literally called multiple times over months and I can’t get an appointment. They scheduled me an appointment and when I call to confirm my own appointment I was told there isn’t one so that’s bs and honestly upstairs is no better. I was supposed to have a referral to be seen off post and it’s been almost over a damn year. I gave up and just purchased my own dental insurance today out of pocket because this is ridiculous.

This dental clinic is fine don't listen to the bad reviews yes it's very busy so they aren't the best with the phones but if you go in person. But I usually am able to reach them by phone as well. The appointments are usually within a week. I get 2 cleanings a year no issue and they have even done sealants to protect me from getting more cavities.

I would love to rate my experience for this clinic but I can't even schedule an appointment. I am overdue for a dental checkup, so I call the appointment line. After a few rings, I am greeted by a message stating due to high call volume, no one is available to take my call and to leave a message, which is immediately followed by a recording stating that I am unable to leave a message because the mailbox is full. This has been going on for a week. I have called several days at various times of the day which tells me either this is the busiest dental clinic on the planet and the phone is just ringing nonstop, or they're simply not picking up the phone over there. Hopefully my teeth don't rot out of my head before I am able to speak to someone.
