Went to get a filling and the staff and the doctos where amazing, staff checked me in quick and they are all really nice they took care of me, Doctos Steve was amazing and took care of my filling, highly recommend this location 1000/10 service

I am deeply disappointed by my family's experience at this office. My grandmother was advised to extract all ten of her remaining mandibular teeth, place multiple implants, and proceed with an implant-retained overdenture. What was most concerning was not simply the treatment recommendation itself, but the apparent lack of discussion regarding alternative treatment options. My grandmother left the appointment believing this was essentially her only viable choice. As a patient, especially an elderly patient without a dental background, she relies on providers to explain all reasonable options, including their risks, benefits, costs, and long-term implications. Informed consent requires more than presenting the most aggressive and expensive treatment plan. The fact that less invasive and potentially more conservative alternatives were not adequately discussed is extremely troubling. Dental providers have an ethical obligation to place patient welfare above production goals. When an elderly patient is presented with a costly full-arch treatment plan without a thorough explanation of other options, it raises serious concerns about whether treatment recommendations are being driven by c

I got my ortho treatment over here. They don’t have one specific doctor to treat you over the course of your treatment. I only met the main doctor, carlos navarro, once or twice. He doesn’t care about your concerns, and he won’t listen to your issues. He had me take out my braces after about a year when my teeth still weren’t straight. I told him about this and he claimed that the treatment was over now i still have to deal with gaps in my teeth. Their general dentistry is horrible too. I had my wisdom teeth taken out here, and they damaged my inferior alveolar nerve. The doctor was making jokes with his assistant about how he was having the worst patients that day instead of focusing on doing things right. They didn’t finish taking out a tooth and rescheduled me to come back in a MONTH. I had to go back earlier to have them take it out because it was getting infected. You guys need better doctors to be honest. You won’t see me there again.

Very professional!!!! From the engagement with the staff that makes coming in very enjoyable, and to the comfort they provided for me as well! The staff and everyone I'd interacted with were very patient with me and would ask if I had any concerns, questions pertaining to how I'd feel about my teeth and the appearances--within those regards. Also, they'd inform me along the way why the procedure would be the way 'specifically' for my case. Additionally, when I would have questions brought up to them, they would explain even the anatomy-side of things of how the jaw or teeth actually would function and behave--to give me a thorough perspective from an orthodontic and a 'dental-professional' point of view; thus, I'll have a much better clarity about my procedure, being done for me. To now mention in comparison with the pricing options that is offered through them--compared to other offices, from what I can recall, the pricing here was outstanding and more affordable! I believe it is really worth looking into them when weighing out and seeking options for looking into anything in terms of orthodontic services. My mom who allowed me to have my treatment here had also recommended t
