Houston is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. Getting around Houston is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Texas's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

I am very pleased with my experience with Dr. Schleicher and Houston Sleep. I underwent a sleep study because of bothersome snoring which indicated, mild to moderate sleep apnea. I chose to try an oral device verse a CPAP. Dr. Schleicher has a real passion for treating these issues, explained my options, and I went through the process of being fitted. This has been a real success for me. No more snoring bothering those around me, fewer awakenings during the night, and waking more rested with more energy during the day. The office is very patient /customer focused, helpful, accommodating and was a refreshing change from the "corporate" experiences we encounter in so much healthcare these days. If you are having these issues, I recommend a consult with Dr. Schleicher.

I highly recommend Dr. Hans Schleicher for treatment of sleep apnea. I was referred to him by my Doctor. Dr Schleicher explained the testing, the procedure, and everything. He showed a video of one of his patients who said that after wearing the appliance he had so much energy. I thought that would be nice but I really didnβt expect to feel so much better. Well, day one I could tell a difference. I had so much energy and felt so good. I was amazed! I also had much better sleep and felt so much better. I never dreamed I had sleep apnea, I just went to my Doctor because I felt fatigued and tired. Well, after the testing I was shocked that I did have sleep apnea. Al I can say is the appliance really works and Dr. Schneider is great.

I came into Dr. Schleicher's office with intense TMJ pain that I had never experienced before. After a sleep test to rule out sleep apnea, I had a split fitted and started where it in December. It's now March, and my pain is greatly decreased (from an 8 down to a 1). It took some time to get used to splint, but now I really notice it when I'm not wearing it. A deviation I had when I close my mouth has nearly gone away, and it was very obvious to begin with. I'm so glad I sought out help from Dr. Schleicher! Everything is looking up.

Dr. Schleicher and his staff are AMAZING! I went to several doctors to find relief from sleep apnea and severe TMJ (jaw pain). I chose Dr. Schleicher because he is THE BEST! He has a wealth of knowledge and experience, amazing technology to diagnose your issue, and awesome bedside manner. Give his office a call. Donβt wait - your sleep depends on it. From an EXTREMELY SATISFIED patient!
