RANDEEP JOHL is very unprofessional and should not be a doctor. Ignored two referrals I was requested to get. My career choice was insulted. He talked about ELON MUSK at my appointment. Practically said hes only a doctor for the money. He should be fired. Plus after making a complaint about him twice now theyve told me a supervisor is gonna give me a call and they never did. Twice now. Ive been trying to get the correct referrals since my last appointment about TWO weeks or more ago. ☺️ Dont go here if you want actual medical help because theyre useless.

I would rate them ZERO STARS if I could. Worse prenatal service they rejected me getting a OBGYN had 4 different midwife’s who don't know what the hell they are doing or talking about . Never took the time to even use the Doppler nor measure my stomach NOTHING at all. Had so many complications since the beginning trips to the ER. ER would tell me one thing and I’d always call to get in contacts with the midwife and of course they never took my concerns in consideration everything was “normal” to them . Lost my baby boy at 22 weeks due to me going into preterm labor and actually being a high risk pregnancy I was in the borderline of dying do to an infection I had which they never ran labs for that ended up going into sepsis shock.Oh and they never go over your ultrasound results or labs I had to ask them how everything came back but them doing it on their own never !!!!! Don’t go through this clinic if your pregnant.

I literally don't understand how they have two stars. They take forever to answer the phone and there's so many extensions. Healthy beginnings doesn't have their own phone number to call directly. They have me waiting forever even though I have an appointment. It's ridiculous. All they do is apologize but they don't change. I been waiting for my ultrasound appointment and it's been a month and they don't send the referral. But when I go they tell me to give them 4 days and I do and I call the ultrasound they say there's no referral.

Did not have a good experience. They didn’t keep up with anything, changed my appointments without consulting with me. I’ve been on maternity leave since July 28th and they never even turned in the paperwork to the edd office. Had my baby on the 25th of August and was told I’d be able to get my tubes tied after but the hospital knew nothing of it nor had my paperwork. I do not recommend this clinic especially to first time mothers

Dr. Harry for a primary physician was great . I definitively had to wait an hour before being seen but that is pretty much standard anywhere nowadays . He listened to all my concerns and ordered all the testing . Hopefully my tests come back okay but in the meantime happy to have found someone willing to be so thorough.

Dr.Bass was great! However the county hospital staff booked me for an appointment, adders said to show up at the county hospital.. just to find out my appt was at California st showed up because the staff said they would see me but they cancelled my appointment! A waste of time!

Terrible. Never be seen at the appointment time even if you go in early. They have you wait for hours. Staff isn’t the best. Don’t get warm vibes from front desk. Dr Toni, moody (Black pediatrician) would not recommend. My son was with her from birth to 3 years and now he’s 4 I changed his pediatrician. She was ALWAYS in my family’s buisness asking me personal questions about my son’s dad and other things that was not her place to ask. She would laugh too much as if I was a joke and I felt it rude bc I’d tell her my concerns with my son and she’s laughing. She’s nosey. She didn’t listen very well to my concerns. One time I told her my son has bald spots and I’d like him to see a dermatologist. She said “He is not a girl, just let his hair be, I will refer you but I can guarantee they won’t find anything wrong.” I showed her the bald spots too. Seen the dermatologist and was told he has alopecia. Make sure you look at reviews before going to a provider. I didn’t choose this office, I was referred here as a first time mom but now I know to do my own research first.

I understand this is a clinic but the service is absolutely rediculous. Long wait times and then when your in the back office the doctors are inpersonable and only offer vaccinations, to get tubes tied and listen to the heart beat for less then a minute along with measuring. I’m sorry to have to come here for anyone including myself and if I had insurance that didn’t screw me with high diductables or we had a better support system for expecting mothers from the government I would not wish on anyone to have to come to this clinic.
