Great experience start to finish. Dr Luo is an excellent caregiver. She is smart, experienced, and a clear communicator. Just as important, she establishes a human connection with her patients (me). Highly recommended.

Based on the good reviews of the dentist office, I made an appointment for my first time visit on May 19, 2026. I had pleasant experiences throughout the process. Ms. April was very helpful in making the appointment for me, following up with pre-visit paper work and reminding the visit. She is friendly to talk on the phone and in the office. She is experienced in what she does since she has been with the office many years. Dr. Luo is professional in the field. She asked relevant questions to diagnose problems. She laid out different scenarios to solve the problems with pros and cons. She was very patient with me during the discussion. I felt completely satisfied with the solution as the result of the visit. Ms. Stephanie, Dr. Luo's assistant, was cheerful. She is knowledgeable. She knows exactly what to do to assist Dr. Luo. During the treatment, she kept me informed what was coming next. I felt comfortable during the visit. I will recommend my friends to visit the office if they need services in the future.

Everyone at the office was wonderful.The doctor, assistant, hygienist and receptionist were all friendly and professional and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit.I appreciate the care and attention from the whole staff.

Went to Dr Luo for a difficult filling. She made sure i was comfortable and pain free, which it was. I would highly recommend Dr Luo for your dental needs.

Dr Luo is very nice and patient in answering questions. The hygienist finished cleaning in about 10 minutes, skipped flossing partially after reminding her. This happened twice this year.

I wanted to thank Dr. Luo and her assistant for the excellent care during my recent visit. I truly appreciate how professional, gentle, and attentive they were throughout the procedure—it made the experience far more comfortable than I expected. I’m grateful for Dr. Luo her clear explanations, patience, and the way she made sure I was at ease the whole time. My molar filing was done perfectly, and the bite of the tooth was not noticeable difference than it was chipped before. Thank you Dr. Luo again!

Debbie the dental hygienist was kind and professional. Her recommendations for toothpaste and mouthwash made a big difference in brown stains at the gum line of my teeth. Since using her recommendations my teeth have no brown stains, are easier to clean and my gums are more healthy. Dr Yi Luo was thoughtful, kind and professional. Dr Yi Luo came on a Friday afternoon, her day off to re-cement an old gold crown not done by her that had fallen out while I was chewing some soft food. She working alone had the re-cement work done with no pain in less then 30 minutes. Today she and April, her fantastic dental assistant fitted me for permanent replacement crown. Again supremely professional for a reasonable price. Outstanding dental professional service in a friendly thoughtful manner.
