This particular location on the medical side has the worse customer service and just total disregard for patient needs!!! The only reason I continue to come to the clinic and have my primary care provider here is because of Christine Reyes my provider, Liz her assistant, Lizbeth in the referral department as well as behavioral health services that deserve a 5 star review!!! Christina Reyes and Liz are amazing and always go above and beyond for their patients! It is extremely frustrating and outrageous that from loving this clinic and being a patient here for 6+ years that has referred numerous patients including family members has nothing, but negative experiences from the medical side of clinic itself, I’ve even had a extremely negative experience with a provider here not to long ago stating that’s something I had was most likely due to obesity please just imagine how it made me feel! Luckily I was able to share my experience with my provider and expressed how it made me feel, that’s when I submitted a formal complaint! If you are a new patient, old patient or even a person considering this clinic be mindful that somewhere along the line you might have a bad experience! Christin a

I highly recommend Serve the People Medical Center! Dr. Sanaei is a super friendly and knowledgeable pediatrician who always takes the time to listen and provide excellent care. The entire staff and medical assistants are respectful, welcoming, and always willing to help. The exam rooms are equipped with modern technology and beautifully painted with colorful artwork that makes children feel comfortable and at ease. I’m very happy with the care my children have received, and I will definitely continue bringing them to Serve the People Medical Center.

The best clinic I have found for Medi-Cal members. They have in-house testing/labs, competent staff and understanding healthcare providers. It did take some waiting time for my actual appointment before they closed for the day one time, but that is a reflection of their careful attention to each patient. Nurse practitioner Mayalen was very thorough and attentive with my care and needs which helped me understand my health in more detail. I never felt brushed off whenever I had a question. Dr. Danielle was also warm and explained in detail whatever I needed to ask when I was sick. This clinic may be mostly contracted with Medi-Cal plans but if finances and health networks were not an issue, I would say this location is very well worth it!

I have the best experience, Doctors, Nurses and every single employee work Professional, surprise me very friendly, at all areas. Dentist, Doctors, Psicologos and Vision area all are incredible. As soon you get in to there door you can feel the great enthusiasm. I very happy with them. Congratulations to all the best team ever 👏.
