This was by far the worst dental clinic I have ever visited. I scheduled a new‑patient appointment for 4:30 p.m. and arrived ten minutes early. Despite repeatedly making me confirm the appointment to avoid a no‑show fee, and insisting that I immediately complete their five‑page onboarding form—while criticizing me for not filling it out beforehand—they showed no regard for my time. I was left waiting for 45 minutes without any explanation, apology, or sense of accountability. After all that, they told me I could leave. One of the nurses even made unsettling facial expressions that left me feeling upset and uncomfortable. If you’re looking for a caring, professional dental experience, avoid this clinic. Their behavior made it clear that patient care is not a priority.

It's a great place! Everyone here is very kind and accommodating. I've been having my braces done here for years now and they have been excellent!

Fantastic experience at Serene Dental and Dr. Sapna Majumdar ! The entire team is professional, friendly, and truly cares about their patients. My teeth feel great, and the atmosphere is so positive. I actually look forward to my checkups now. Best dentist in the area

I just had the best experience with this Office they were very nice. Both of the receptionist were very helpful on my first time there and the dentist And the dental hygienist that cleaned my teeth explained everything very well as well as the front desk. Think this is one of the best offices. I’ve been to where they’ve explained everything clearly and recommended the best advice.

Serene Dental is awesome. The staff is very friendly and work with you and explain the process every step of the way. The doctors are knowledgeable and give you more options than other offices I’ve been to regarding dental work I needed. It’s nice to have options and not feel pressured into making decisions on the spot. And the cherry on top they were able to work with my budget and help me with options financially as well. I highly recommend them!
