This is so bad , to make appt it’s very difficult plus they not good the only reason I want it to go there, it’s cause Dr Jared Perrin it’s there but I couldn’t make appt they didn’t help me I am so sad , Dr Perrin was my Dr for long time in another clinic but he change there ,,, sorry Dr Perrin u a good Dr sorry that u there I miss my Dr Perrin.. I don’t like the clinic plus the girl wasn’t nice

I like the care staff that I have met. However, if you have business hours posted on the front door and website etc then maybe keep them. Showed up at 11:30am on Saturday to drop off my daughter’s sample and low and behold no one was there. Update the information if the hours have changed or honor the hours.

Beware, if you are a new patent to this office, your wait time will be an hour or longer. We are new to the area and I made an appointment to get my son check up. We were waiting for over 30mins. I finally asked the girl at the desk how much longer it would be and she said all new patients are an hour. Something I feel should be disclosed when making the appointment. I ended up rescheduling because I couldn't wait another 30mins. So I advise you to ask about wait times. Especially if you're like me and have to take time off work or pull a kid out of school for appointments.

Straight up don’t go here. Go somewhere else. The doctor was cool but no one from their team notified me that their prescription service was down, so when I went to my pharmacy they had no idea why they weren’t seeing my prescription. I called for 4 hours straight, no one answers. I call other locations no one answers. Save the hassle

Correction to my review To be more accurate, only one staff member I felt made me feel “less than welcome.” The inability to speak with a live voice that had the ability to listen to reason! That’s what my issue was but my adolescent mind couldn’t see it. The staff I spoke with were all doing their jobs as trained. The system is not proactive to be sure. It’s not reactive either. I got the antibiotics at 4PM today, and it wasn’t the end of the world, so shit happens and it’s over, I don’t think he understands me but that’s ok today. I currently have a sinus infection so I called SBNC and they got me in to the Goleta clinic the same day and for that I was grateful . However my joy has now turned to anger. My antibiotics were submitted electronically to CVS yesterday about 4pm and today at 12:15 pm I still.have not gotten them.
