This is one of the best dental clinics with reasonable prices. Dr. Janice is amazing. She has a unique, patient-centered approach and genuinely cares about her patients. She not only listens but truly understands their concerns. She always recommends the best and most practical treatment option rather than the most expensive one. I am very grateful for her professionalism and kindness.

My daughter has been seeing a pediatrician—Denise—there since she was six months old. Honestly, I find her to be incredibly pleasant and highly professional; I’ve never had any complaints. I do know that things can sometimes be a bit slow once you’re actually in the exam room—I feel they occasionally take a little too long with the wait times—but I still highly recommend the place.

The worst clinic, the worst service, the worst doctor—I don't even know where to begin. Unfortunately, I needed to see a doctor due to kidney pain. I had to wait a month because there are never any appointments available for new patients; you have to call the very moment the clinic opens if you want to snag one. Furthermore, you can only book exactly 30 days in advance—meaning if you call a day *before* the 30-day mark, they tell you to call back the next day. I spent a whole week trying to get through like that. After waiting a month—all while in pain—by ​​the time my appointment finally arrived, the pain had almost completely subsided. Dr. Jorge Romero Fuentes told me he didn't believe it was a kidney issue because, supposedly, the kidney was located higher up than where I was experiencing the pain. Yet, the ultrasound results later revealed hydronephrosis—meaning it *was* indeed a kidney problem. A doctor who doesn't even know where the kidney is located? Wow. But it doesn't end there. It turns out that, without knowing what was actually wrong with me, he prescribed a medication that should *not* be taken by people with kidney issues. Luckily, I hadn't taken it yet; they didn't

I have been coming to this health center for over 3 years, and I am very grateful for the care I have received. The entire staff, including the doctors, medical assistants, and front desk team, are always kind, professional, and helpful. They do an excellent job following up on our appointments and medical records. Also, the clinic is very conveniently located near my home, which makes everything much easier.

This clinic is absolutely terrible. I had an appointment scheduled for today, and they just canceled it out of nowhere. They clearly have no respect for people’s time. We have responsibilities and schedules, and I even took the day off work just to make it to this appointment. It’s extremely frustrating and disrespectful to treat patients this way, like our time doesn’t matter. I rearranged my entire day and missed work for this, only for them to cancel without any consideration. Do not come here if you don’t want your time wasted or to be treated like you don’t matter. This place is completely unprofessional.
