⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at this dental office and highly recommend them. The doctor who performed my root canal was outstanding—professional, skilled, gentle, and attentive throughout the entire procedure. He made me feel comfortable and confident that I was receiving the best care. I would also like to recognize Marta, the assistant, for her kindness, patience, and support. She helped make the experience much less stressful and was always friendly and caring. The reception staff were equally wonderful. They were welcoming, professional, and very helpful from the moment I arrived. The entire team made me feel valued and well cared for. My root canal procedure went smoothly, and I am very satisfied with the quality of care I received. Thank you all for your excellent service!

I had a very disappointing experience at this dental clinic. I was told that I needed a root canal, and they charged me $400 just for X-rays. After paying that amount, I expected clear guidance and proper treatment, but instead I felt like I was being pushed into an expensive procedure without enough care for my situation. In the end, I didn’t go through with the root canal and chose to have the tooth removed instead, which made the whole experience feel like a waste of money and time. It’s frustrating to pay such a high amount upfront without receiving the service you were initially advised to get. Dr. Sami, if you are charging such high rates — it feels like $400 per hour — then the level of care and honesty should match that. Regular people work very hard for their money, and it’s important to respect that. I strongly recommend that the clinic ensures their staff are guiding patients in the right way, with transparency and genuine care, rather than focusing on costly procedures first.

⭐ 1-Star Review This was my second time here, and unfortunately the experience could not have been more different from my first visit. My initial appointment was pleasant, which is why I returned — but today I was turned away due to their failure to verify whether my insurance was current before confirming my appointment. What made the situation even more disappointing was the front desk. One receptionist seemed unsure of what to do, and the other was not only rude but argumentative, choosing to debate the situation instead of offering a solution or even something as simple as, “Let me see what I can do.” There was no professionalism, no courtesy, and no willingness to help. I work in healthcare myself, and I know exactly how long insurance verification takes: 15 minutes, tops. Not 2–4 hours. And especially not when the patient is standing there with their insurance card in hand, which I was. There is absolutely no justification for the lack of preparation and the unprofessional response I received.
