I’ve been coming here for dental cleanings for a while, since it’s closer to me. Not the best place for anything else, do your research. The front desk staff/receptionists are rude and condescending, and I even witnessed an older patient being ignored after speaking up about how she was treated. I previously reported one receptionist, Demaris, for her consistently poor attitude. She is dismissive, impatient, and unprofessional both in person and over the phone. Patients deserve to be treated with respect, especially when they’re paying for a service. Management should seriously address the customer service at the front desk.

I rarely leave negative reviews because, as a business owner myself, I understand the impact they can have. I take great pride in providing excellent customer service, and my businesses consistently maintain outstanding reviews. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Svetlana Ponomareva was extremely disappointing. The level of professionalism I encountered fell well below what I believe patients should expect from a dental provider, and I feel it is important to share my experience so that others can make an informed decision. I had a root canal completed in August of last year. By January, the crown had come off, so I returned to have it re-cemented. During that visit, I mentioned that I had gone to another dental office for a routine cleaning, where I ended up needing another root canal on a different tooth. From that moment, the dentist's attitude toward me changed noticeably. She asked the front desk staff how much dental insurance coverage I had remaining, and shortly afterward told me that I needed yet another root canal. I went for 3 root canals on Thursday and it’s currently Sunday my left side is in so much pain right now that it affects me at work and I couldn’t even go see my mom on Mother’s Day. The level of incompetence is ridiculous I’ve had root canals before and it’s never caused me this much pain. For the sake of your health please do not go here

I am not usually one to make such comments because I respect everyone’s work and appreciate those who put effort into it. On Friday, I had a visit at this clinic, and despite complaining of tooth pain, they suggested a laser cleaning for $1,200 per side. However, they overlooked a clear fracture in my tooth, which led me to the hospital on Sunday and required an urgent procedure this morning. Do not go to this place. In my case, they proved to be incompetent—I can only hope it was not intentional.

I am writing to share my feedback regarding our recent visit to S.P. Dental for my mother's appointment at 10:00 AM. This was our second visit, and I would like to address some observations, particularly concerning the front desk reception area and the behavior of the young woman working that morning. I noticed that she engaged in conversations about patients right in front of them, speaking in both English and Spanish. This created an uncomfortable feeling of division among patients. There also seemed to be a reluctance to assist with inquiries, which left me concerned about how any requests would be received. I was able to speak privately with YELENA the manager she was warm and kind and validated my experience. What i am truly baffled by is the reviews i WISH i would have read them first i would have NEVER scheduled my aged mother an appointment there. The front desk sets the tone for the office this reception area was brash and unprofessional they carry on in conversations as if they were home as opposed to being at work.
