I originally started going to the Josey Lane location of Root Periodontal, and I have had such a wonderful experience with Kimberly and the entire team. From the very beginning, they have always been so welcoming, kind, and patient with me. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to dental appointments but they always go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and calm. They take the time to reassure me, explain everything, and make sure I’m okay throughout my appointments. Because of the care they provide, I’m able to get through my visits with no issues, which means so much to me.Most importantly, I am extremely happy with the treatment I have received here. I can actually see the results and improvement, and I’m very pleased with how everything has turned out so far. It makes the entire experience even better knowing that not only am I being treated with compassion and care, but the treatment itself is giving me results I’m happy with. I truly appreciate their professionalism, patience, and kindness. I had the privilege of being treated by Dr. Li for both the surgical removal of my wisdom teeth and, later, a procedure to repair an oral-sinus fistula that developed afterward. From start to finish, my experience with Dr. Li was nothing short of outstanding. Likewise Dr. Husain is truly one of the best doctors I’ve ever had the privilege of working with. From the very beginning, she and her team surrounded me with constant support and compassion. They provided the best possible care, always paying close attention to my needs and making sure I felt comfortable and understood every step of the way. What makes Dr. Husain so remarkable is not only her expertise but also her genuine kindness and mentorship. She always took the time to guide me, encourage me, and listen with care. Hands down, the best in town and all around! I can’t express how thankful I am for this staff, Dr. Husain is just amazing. I never had a gum graft procedure before and she made the process so effortlessly simple. She was so patient, precise and collected. She single-handedly wiped all my nervousness away. The staff there is amazing as well, from my first consultation to all my post-op appointments.. they all were thorough, inviting and helpful. Just thank you to everyone there for making me feel welcome, comfortable!
