I went in for teeth whitening and had a really great experience from start to finish. Everyone was very friendly, professional, and made sure to check in on me throughout the appointment to make sure I was comfortable and doing okay. One thing I really appreciated was how they explained everything they were doing as they were doing it. That helped ease my nerves and made the whole process feel much more comfortable and relaxing. I’ve had teeth whitening done at another place before, and this experience was definitely better. The results were great, and the staff made the experience much more enjoyable overall. The only challenging part is sitting still while the whitening machine does its job for about an hour, but if you mentally prepare for that, it’s completely manageable. I chose the one-hour session, but they also offer different timing options depending on what works best for you. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone thinking about getting their teeth whitened.

My family's experience... We visited just over 2 years ago. On our first visit, our son was incorrectly diagnosed. They said he needed an extraction and aligners. I say incorrectly because we just saw two other orthodontists who immediately noticed in the photos that our son is a mouth breather. You can look it up, but it's not good and has to be dealt with eventually (it can also lead to your child more easily getting sick and it's a major contributor to Obstructive Sleep Apnea). We said no to the extraction, thankfully. It's estimated that about 30-50% of people breathe through their mouth during sleep. We did research on our own, called back a few months later and asked if they offer the Alf appliance to expand the jaw. There was one doctor that was just newly trained to offer it in this office. He was GREAT !! We signed up for their payment plan and I very clearly asked if we can stop treatment if we move or for any other reason. I was told YES! Fast forward 1.5 years, the orthodontist doing the Alf left this office permanently. A few months prior to him leaving, the scheduling desk incorrectly scheduled us when this doctor wasn't in the office. We came in and were turned aw

We absolutely love RJ Orthodontics! From the moment we walk in, the staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They truly make every visit a pleasant experience, which is a huge bonus when you have ongoing appointments. Our family had two distinct experiences: I, as an adult, went through the process with Invisalign, and the results are fantastic. My teenager, however, was successfully treated with traditional braces. It was wonderful that they could accommodate both treatment preferences and needs within the same practice. If you need orthodontic care for yourself or your kids, I wholeheartedly recommend this office. They handle both classic braces and modern clear aligners with expertise and genuine kindness.

I love my beautiful new smile! I initially met with Dr. Ensley about adjusting my bite, which we did with braces, but a bonus was getting fabulous straight teeth. Every single appointment, call, and email with the team at RJ Ortho during my 18 month journey was warm and professional. Josh took care of my monthly adjustments, and he was a delight! He even sent me a sweet card when my mother was in the hospital. Thank you!
