I’ve been coming here for the past four years, and every visit has been a great experience. Not only is the dental care consistently excellent, but the entire practice is run incredibly efficiently. Appointments are always organized, the staff is friendly, and everything feels seamless from check-in to check-out. One of my favorite parts of each visit is getting to chat Premier League before my appointment. Even if she is a Manchester United fan, our football conversations always make the visit more enjoyable and add a personal touch that you don’t find at many dental offices. It’s those conversations that make you feel like more than just another patient. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her patients and has built a welcoming, professional environment. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dentist who provides outstanding care while making every visit enjoyable.

I've been going to Riverside Dental Center for few years now and it's always great experience. From the moment you walk-in you feel welcome and the staff is very friendly. Each visit it feels like I'm meeting a friend for coffee instead of a regular dental appointment because Dr. Patel greets you by your name as soon as she sees you and asks personal questions like How are the kids? How was your vacation? etc. She remembers details and shows she truly cares about her patients. This type of welcoming and short conversation makes the appointment more personal and comfortable. Dr. Patel and her staff always do an outstanding job explaining step by step any procedures needed during your appointment and their transparency is always appreciated. I had an excellent experience with Dr. Patel and her entire team. Dr. Patel is extremely respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. She took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, making sure I understood every step and felt comfortable before moving forward. The office is very clean and well-maintained, which immediately made me feel at ease. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and highly organized. From check-in to check-out, everyone treated me with kindness and professionalism. I truly appreciate how Dr. Patel and her team prioritize patient education and comfort.
