Riverside Community Hospital has always provided me with the greatest service in all aspects of health care. I love the fact that they are a busy facility but yet hold the standards in cleanliness and respectable services. Please do not let the next part of this review discourage your decision to choose Riverside Community Hospital, a couple of bad employees do not set the tone for the overall interaction of those in the Healthcare industry. I would like to add that some of their admissions workers could have a better and more respectable communication interactions with patients during check-in. I wish I would have obtained the workers name and title, but it seemed she was on her own power trip the day I checked in for my procedure. These two employees don't set the standard for the entire hospital.

I will begin by saying that my wife’s treatment in the hospital was extremely trying for our whole family. Yet, the professionalism and humanity shown by all the staff at Riverside Community Hospital allowed the whole family to feel comforted during this heartbreaking time. From the doctors and nurses to the technicians and all the other staff, they all made my wife feel cared for, valued, and supported. They genuinely provided compassionate care for her and were kind, patient, and accommodating with us as well, even answering all of our questions in detail. Special mention to all named and unnamed staffs goes to Dr. Nguyen, Nurses Nicole, Kevin, Violeta, fir their never tiring call of duty with extra to my wife, Sheila. We forever indebted to you. As her husband, I felt immeasurable comfort in knowing that she was treated so well and with such humanity. Every staff member gave her our family’s gratitude and showed incredible professionalism, skill, and heart. We are truly overwhelmed with gratitude for all of you and will never forget what you did for us during this incredibly difficult time. We had a wonderful experience at Riverside Community Hospital during the birth of our baby. The doctors, nurses, and support staff were incredibly caring, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. They took the time to answer our questions, kept us informed, and made us feel comfortable during such an important moment in our lives. The labor and delivery team provided exceptional care, and we’re grateful for the kindness and compassion they showed our family. Thank you to everyone at Riverside Community Hospital for helping make the arrival of our baby a positive and memorable experience. We truly appreciate everything you did.

Went to visit my son and daughter-in-law after the birth of my grandchild. Absolutely full of experience after reading some of the review I'm trying to figure out where these patients were because we did not get any type of positive out of our experience. Starting with the ER, my daughter-in-law walked in because her water bag broke but they had her sitting in the ER for about 4 hours before she was even checked. They waited so long that other people in the ER were getting upset for them because of the lack of emergency and care. Now on to the patient's room. They had to wait quite a while for some reason to get up to a room. When they finally got into their room it was a shared room but the patient had already left that was next to them. Unfortunately that side of the room had not been cleaned and neither had the bathroom. It was almost 2 hours after they arrived that a cleaning crew finally came in and "cleaned" that half of the room. Absolutely disgusting and I'm pretty sure a few HEPA rules were broken. Parking is still a complete nightmare and I doubt they will ever have good parking around that hospital.

I would like to begin by recognizing Dr. Haden Brian, MD R1, for his outstanding care. His professionalism, knowledge, and kind approach made me feel safe, heard, and truly cared for during a very difficult time. I sincerely wish more doctors were like him. I am also deeply grateful to the nursing staff at Community Hospital. They treated me with kindness, respect, and compassion from the very beginning. I especially want to thank nurse Miguel, who showed incredible patience and dedication. Due to my chemotherapy, my veins are very difficult to access, but he never gave up. Even after several attempts, they remained calm and determined until it was able to successfully place my IV. It was painful, but they care meant so much to me. Thank you to the entire team for making such a difficult moment easier. I truly appreciate everything you did for me. God bless you all! 🙏❤️
