Everyone was really nice and attentive from triage to the time I got in a chair. The doctors and radiologist were super nice, I however never met or saw my nurse except for one time when meds were given and for discharge. I understand being busy but no introduction or if I need anything you can call me type of communication.

Pretty sure they are building the bed from scratch! If you enjoy being held hostage overnight with zero communication, Riverside Community Hospital is a dream come true. At 12:30 AM, I was thrilled to hear they finally found a bed to transfer me to. The only catch? It just needed to be "cleaned." Fast forward to 3:30 AM. Three full hours later, and I am still trapped here waiting. Not a single person has walked by to offer an update, an apology, or any sign of life. Leaving a patient in limbo for three hours in the middle of the night without a single update is next-level customer service. Absolutely pathetic management of time and communication. If you value your health and actual medical updates, go literally anywhere else.

Great Hospital, nurses, doctors, those in radiology also. Nurses, Cameron, Joshua in the ER very professional and did what they could to make me comfortable. Dr. Sada was awesome. Nurse Samantha, any many other nurses and doctors, wish I could remember all their names were caring, thoughtful and professional. I had a great experience, except the food, and I have tasted other hospitals food and Riverside is in sad need of improvement. Hope the food improves in the future. I was lucky to have a daughter who was able to bring me food or i woukd have been on a loss weight diet.

As a Kaiser patient the only trauma hospital in my area was Riverside, this was our first experience with Riverside hospital. Very quick and caring and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend them for any medical emergency.

From the moment I walked through the doors to the moment I left, the care I received was absolutely amazing. Every single staff member was kind, attentive, professional, and made me feel genuinely cared for. The hospitality and bedside manner here are top tier and honestly made such a difference during my visit. I especially want to shout out BreAnna she was absolutely amazing! She was so kind, attentive, patient, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. People like her truly make a difference, and her energy did not go unnoticed. You can truly tell that the staff cares about their patients and takes pride in what they do. Thank you all for making what could have been a stressful experience feel comforting and welcoming. Keep up the incredible work!
