Extremely disappointed and upset with this dental office I have never experienced such disrespect and inconsistency from a medical office. First of all, we were charged a $50 rescheduling fee, even though the appointment was made that same day for a future appointment. I have never heard of being charged $50 under circumstances like that. What makes this even more frustrating is that the child’s father was not allowed to bring his own son to the appointment without the mother being present, yet the office had absolutely no problem allowing the father to schedule the appointment himself. How does that make any sense? If he is allowed to schedule an appointment for his child, why is he suddenly not considered an appropriate parent to bring his own child to that appointment? On top of that, the way we were spoken to and treated was completely unacceptable. We were made to feel **looked down upon, less than, and as though our business wasn't valued**. We were told that our business "doesn't count" because we use medical insurance, and that the office supposedly wouldn't lose money because we are medical patients. I have been taking my kiddos here since they opened. I’ve always had a good experience. No complaints. Friendly staff and dentists. Unfortunately, when making a follow up appointment to fill two small cavities I was told this particular dentist only worked Wednesdays and Fridays, which of course doesn’t not work with my schedule. When I asked if a different dentist could fill the cavities I then told, this dentist “likes” to do the follow up procedures because she diagnosed it. So for that I will unfortunately be looking for a new dentist that can accommodate my schedule.

My six-year-old son Sevenn has been a patient at this dental office for several years, and our experiences have consistently been positive. The entire staff is welcoming, supportive, and attentive to both children and parents. During our most recent visit at 5:30 a.m., my son needed to have several of his baby teeth extracted. As a parent, I felt emotional and somewhat overwhelmed by how quickly everything was happening. However, Dr. Mona demonstrated exceptional professionalism and compassion throughout the process. She took the time to personally come into the lobby to provide me with updates on my son’s progress, which helped ease my anxiety and made me feel reassured about the procedure. Her calm demeanor, gentle communication style, and genuine kindness toward children truly stood out. Dr. Mona’s warm spirit and ability to connect with young patients create a comforting environment that is especially important in pediatric dental care. I highly recommend this dental office to other parents who are looking for a team that combines clinical expertise with patience, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills. My daughter genuinely enjoys visiting the dentist. The front desk team is exceptionally kind and welcoming, always making her feel special and comfortable. My son has also had a wonderful experience. We truly appreciate the professionalism and warm environment provided by the entire staff.

This place is awesome the dentist and the dental assistants are great with kids. They make them feel so safe and involved my girls actually enjoy going to the dentist. The whole process goes as about as smooth as humanly possible with a three year old and 18 month old can go. I couldn’t ask for better highly recommend this place to anyone with small kids
