I had my root canal done yesterday and honestly it was the best experience I’ve ever had! There was minimal discomfort, the doctor and the assistant made sure I was comfortable the whole procedure. I’ve never had a root canal done so fast and painless. Usually the next day after a root canal my mouth feels sore or I’m a lot of pain, so far I haven’t had to take anything for pain. My insurance was out of network, instead of it covering 90% it only covered 70% but I’d pay the extra money any day for this experience. Thank you doctor Dailey and your team! I highly recommend anyone needing a root canal to River Oaks Endodontics.

River Oaks Endodontics felt like an assembly line — get patients in, get them out, with no real compassion. I heard the Dr. say the very same thing to 3 different patients. On top of that, they never explained that the crown wasn’t included in the over $1800 root canal but they did mention I had used all my benefits. Which I didn’t see a problem at the time. Why wouldn’t they make it clear this doesn’t include the crown? That I would have to pay at my general dentist out of pocket. I just wish they would have explained it better. The lack of compassion and transparency left me with a big unexpected bill and a very negative experience. Also, Why do they wait to start to numb you then give you all these papers to initial and sign? Which says was verbally told to you. Which is not true. I had to ask about that. I hope they can change the way a patient is treated

This was my first experience with having a root canal and it was amazing! Dr. Daily is very gentle, I believe the whole process was 30 minutes start to finish, Dr. Did inform me that I would have a little pain, but I never felt a thing!! The staff was very kind and professional as well. I would definitely recommend Dr Daily for all your endodontic needs!!
