Our toddler loved his first dentist appt at Redwood. Hannah and Dr. Franklin were patient, warm, kind and reassuring, and playful. They answered all our questions, and my son has been even more motivated to brush after the appt - what more can you ask for?! Oh and the early AM appointments are incredible for working parents. 10/10

We love Redwood Pediatric Dentistry! Everyone there is so attentive, patient and great with kids. The office is very modern and comfortable and all the staff, hygienists and Dr. Franklin go the extra mile to make their patients feel comfortable and have a great experience— my kid actually looks forward to his dentist appointments! I highly recommend Redwood Pediatric!

We had such a wonderful experience with my daughter’s new dentist! Since our very first visit, both the office manager and Dr. Franklin have been absolutely amazing. The office manager went above and beyond—not only taking great care of my daughter, but also comforting me during a time when I was understandably nervous about her procedure. That level of compassion truly meant so much. Dr. Franklin was equally incredible. She was calm, patient, and very informative every step of the way. She made sure we both felt at ease and fully understood what was happening, which made a big difference in our overall experience. I’m so grateful for the kindness and professionalism we received. It’s not easy finding a place you can fully trust with your child’s care, but this office has exceeded our expectations. We’re very happy with the service and feel confident continuing care here!

Redwood Pediatric is a wonderful dental office! Dr. Franklin and staff are very personable and great with children. They have the right patience level and enthusiasm for their smallest clients.

Hannah was so sweet with my daughter, who had her first visit today. She made her feel comfortable and safe at the dentist with her bubbly and friendly personality. Dr. Franklin was the same, and I was so impressed with their teamwork! This dentist made me feel at ease, and I appreciate what they do so much. There are books and an interactive light wall in the lobby, more learning toys near their dentist chairs and a TV to distract them while they’re on their backs for the cleaning and flossing. Their bathroom was also spotless, and had a tiny toilet for the little ones. At the end of the visit, my daughter also got to pick a prize. She had a great experience! I took my 2 year old to his first dentist appointment today and left feeling so inspired. Every part of the experience felt truly child-centered. Hannah, the dental hygienist, first let my son play while she spoke with me so he could get comfortable in the space. With my son, she talked like Ms. Rachel, showing and allowing him to touch each tool she planned to use. He was so engaged in (and sat still for!!) his dental exam, and was excited to show off to a complete stranger how he brushes his teeth. Thanks for reigniting my imagination about how health care can feel.

I feel so lucky to have found Redwood Pediatric Dentistry! The office is inviting for the kids, and the staff is kind and friendly. I brought my 8yo autistic / ADHD child to Dr. Franklin for care. She'd been to a few different dentists in the area and had difficulty with each of them. Dr. Franklin and her staff were gentle with my daughter, allowing her time to adjust, not pushing too much, and letting us know it was ok if that appointment wasn't the day we were going to get everything done. It turned out my daughter needed extensive work on her teeth. With her level of anxiety, there was no way she'd be able to receive this treatment while conscious. We ended up needing to have her sedated to get the work done, which Dr. Franklin offers in office. The work went well, with Dr. Franklin consulting us when it turned out kiddo's canine teeth were growing in incorrectly. We decided to follow her advice of getting the baby teeth removed to make more room for them. Daughter was given plenty of time to stabilize after coming out of sedation, received a few nice prizes (a Cinnamoroll pen!), and we went on our way. It's a few years later now, and we moved so needed a new dentist.

My kids loved this place! I have a 1 year old and a 3 year old and they had a blast playing with all the toys and stuffed animals. The entire staff was super friendly and welcoming and the experience was everything you’d want it to be for your kids. I took my time searching for the right pediatric dentist for my kids and after coming here, I know I picked the best place. Thank you so much for taking good care of my boys ❤️
