I am disappointed with the service I received at this pharmacy. Gretchen Lopez was rude, dismissive, and did not take the time to help me properly. This experience made me feel uncomfortable, and I hope management addresses this issue.

This is the worst clinic I've ever been to in my entire life. It's useless. I waited two hours to be seen, even though I already had an appointment. I had to leave because they never saw me. Now I've come back again with a new appointment, and they're asking me if I want to wait because the doctor is an hour behind on his appointments and they don't know how long it will take. They also ask if I want to reschedule a new appointment, can you believe this?

Unprofessional, inadequate care. Since starting with this clinic they have changed my care provider numerous times without consulting me. The current provider Fariba Mason has denied prescriptions and does not care for patients as she should. Worst communication, and they do not even bother to fight for medically necessary medication. Also they try to double bill the insurance.

I used to go here when I was little so once I became an adult, I enrolled again. I was assigned a Dr. However they made my appointment 6 months out because there’s no availability. I ended up going to the ER instead. It turns out I have asthma. The ER requested a follow up with my primary provider within 3 days. I contacted the reception, however, they stated they didn’t have availability AGAIN. They promised to leave a message for the nurse. I had to continuously leave messages for the nurse to schedule my follow up appointment. Eventually, they scheduled me 3 MONTHS OUT This is for a Respiratory problem with difficulty breathing. When I tried to switch doctor’s, hoping to see someone sooner, the receptionist said I couldn’t because this was my primary doctor. I haven’t even met this doctor! I was able to speak to a few receptionists. One of them was very sweet and accommodating. However, I’ve run across a few that are very uneducated and lack of customer service. I felt as though if I was an inconvenience to them.

It's rubbish they never have availability for an appointment not even when it's a baby it's like they are decriminatory racists they miss certain people all the time they send people to emergencies they can't do their job to emergencies they only leave when they leave It's about something very serious. Oh, when the clinic isn't even there, like at night, for example, I called at 8 in the morning to make an appointment for my 8-month-old baby and they said it's better to take her to the emergency room because they don't have them. Availability then I made an appointment for myself three months ago and they called me to schedule and reschedule it and they came out saying that due to an error that my appointment was still active that there was no rescheduling, what kind of weather, oh, that's a bad thing!
