DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office with my 1-year-old son. From the moment we started, there was very little interaction with him. The dentist did not introduce himself to my son, try to make him comfortable, or explain to him what he was going to do.. My son had never experienced a dental visit before, so naturally he was scared. He became extremely upset, crying and screaming hysterically, yet the dentist continued without stopping to comfort him or help him feel safe. I was very confused by this experience, especially because this is advertised as a kid-friendly office. Working with very young children requires patience and an understanding that they may be frightened or unfamiliar with what is happening. I was also disappointed that the dentist did not explain to me what he was going to do before doing it. I was not told what was being applied to my son’s teeth until afterward, and the only instruction I received was to continue brushing his teeth at home.

The staff is so nice. The dentist himself is extremely kind. He’s great with kids. Even my 2yr old who cried. He was so patient. The arcade games are great for the kids while they wait. There’s also tvs. Our appt was at 2:30 and we were finished by 5:30 , however we have 5 kids. That time included X-rays,exams, cleanings, and even an extraction. So I think that’s a fair amt of time. Overall we love Ranger and it’ll be our kids dentist until we leave the area. Oh I almost forgot the kids get balloons and a toy at the end as well.

Dr. Aaron I think was his name was very friendly, fast paced, and pleasant. Manager Carmen was personable and ensured things were running smoothly in the front and back areas. Each child left with a little stuffed animal and balloon! Everyone was very sweet to the kids. Overall I would return!

Ranger Dental is absolutely amazing! The staff and dentist went above and beyond to get my daughter in for a same-day appointment after she chipped her front tooth. She was completely devastated, and they were so kind, reassuring, and professional throughout the entire visit. Seeing how happy and relieved she was once her tooth was fixed meant everything to us. The whole team was friendly, caring, and truly professional. I can’t recommend Ranger Dental enough—an outstanding experience from start to finish.

Ranger dental is the best dentist i have gone to. I took both my kids to get work done. They took them to the back, took xrays and then escorted us to the back were they sat us down and the kids in the chair, looked at their teeth and went over the work that needs to be done. They also do work the same day if needed. They made sure to update us when they were in the back and doing well. Staff was amazing and made sure we and the kids understood what was happening. They gave them instructions on after care and did a very good job at getting all the insurnace verified. (:
