Dr.Carney and staff provided me with excellent customer service. The Manager Taurus explained the process of the implant and was very clear with my financial responsibility. Making my Implant process very smooth. Dr.Carney and his assistant Stef both provided great chairside manner! They made me feel comfortable and the procedures were essentially pain free. I loved that my Implant blends in really well with my other teeth. I highly recommend them for any of your Implant dental needs! Thank you very much Dr.Carney and Staff!

I’ve had quite a few surgeries/procedures done in the last few years and my first question is always, what is the up front cost. I always know, as they are always clear. So, that was my question here. At my consultation, the lady, I’ll leave her name out went to go print up the cost details for me. I was talking to Dr Carney, She came back in and handed me the papers. She mentioned the cost and to clarify, I asked her, the $500 is the up front cost? She said yes and…. I heard yes, figured the rest was the payment I pay out afterwards. Why she didn’t clarify the upfront amount is the 1285 or whatever if you pay credit. And that the $500 is just the deposit you have to pay in order to hold the time slot for the procedure. I don’t know. Anyway, they called me later and during that call she said the 500 had to be paid at the preop appt but I could pay the full amount of what I owe if I wanted, that was up to me of course. So I asked can I make a payment over the phone? She said I needed to pay when I came up there for the preop. I still had money left on my HSA card from the start of the year, I had just gotten my bonus, so i wanted to pay them, but okay. We went ahead and scheduled a

This place takes advantage of people. My mom setup a surgery and they didn’t let her know that she was going to be paying close to 1000 upfront before she could have her surgery and then didn’t give her money back when she was trying to figure out how to pay it within like 10 minutes before the anesthesiologist just left. Disgusting people

I was referred to Dr Carney through VA Community Care. I’ve had problems with my teeth for many years. My teeth have never felt better since I began being treated by him Any issues are addressed immediately and with thorough decision making and proper treatment! I highly recommend this Doctor for your dental care!!

I have seen Dr. Carney several times. He is always cheerful, easy to speak with, and I have gained total confidence in him clinically. Taurus is excellent to work with. Bottom line, I could not ask for more from this office.
