Dr gerardo rivera neglected my mom for 3 whole months. Shes a cancer patient and after he pulled her tooth out, my mom was having so much pain, every time we would go hed say rinse w water and salt. My mom had terrible pain for 3 months!! All he kept saying be patient, until i took her to Dr choo, the moment he saw her, he immediately sent her to get admitted and perform surgery, she had an absess on her bone, which dr guillen kept dismissing her. Sending her with ibuprofen, so be careful. My mom a cancer stage 4 patiend had to go get antibiotics for a month thru the vein cause he wasnt doing his work.

I would gladly give Prestige Oral & Facial Surgery Center 25 Stars if that were possible. This is an outstanding oral surgery clinic! Right from the start, including my first call to obtain information about making an appointment through the initial exam, oral surgery, follow-up exam and dealing with the billing department was exceptional. Everyone including the front desk intake women, dental technicians, Dr. Guillen and the Billing clerks were extremely cordial, patient, helpful, and most importantly, professional and extremely competent. Follow-up the day of my extraction and that evening personally by text from Dr. Guillen was most appreciated and so consoling. I am so glad I decided to make my extraction appointment with this wonderful oral surgery center. I can't thank them all enough for their wonderful care.

10/10 experience. Dr. Guillen and his staff are absolutely amazing!! Shout out to his tech Jasmine she also made me feel so calm and relaxed! We need more techs like her!! She called me a few hours after my surgery to see how I was doing and then the doctor messaged me at night asking him how I was doing!? How awesome is that! Never had a surgeon do that before. I was so nervous but they made everything better. Thank you oral prestigue!! God bless

I recently had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed through IV sedation and was impressed with how quick and painless the procedure was! I healed properly and my pain and swelling were minimal. After the procedure, I was easily able to contact the office with any questions or concerns I had. Highly recommend.

I was taken care of very well. The doctor and the team did a beautiful job during my procedure. The whole team was patient and nice. They took the time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions. Not only that but they all reached out to me after the procedure to make sure I was doing okay. Beautiful service.
