Great clinic, definitely one of my best obgyn visits in years in July 2026. Previously had a bad experience at this clinic a few years ago but happy I tried again- very kind and attentive staff from reception to nurses to providers.

Staff was kind and very skillful in handling my implant replacement. Wait time could be improved, but the procedure itself was seamless and a breeze. Appreciative to everyone that works here.

I really appreciate the important work Planned Parenthood does, and overall, I had a very positive experience with my IUD insertion today. The front office staff were courteous, friendly, and kind. The clinician who performed the insertion was gentle, warm, and highly skilled. I felt no discomfort during the procedure aside from some light cramping. The only issue was the extremely long wait time. I arrived on time for my 9:10 am appointment, but I did not see the clinician who performed the insertion until around 10:35 am The actual procedure took less than five minutes and ended at approximately 10:45 am. I know this timing because I messaged a friend right after it was over, so I have the timestamp.

I cannot think of a worst place. The girls at the front checking people in are the absolute worst, so mean, so entitled! They act like they rule the country and decide who to take first no matter if you have an appointment or not. No hi, no thank you! Just extremely rude. I thought planned parenthood was supposed to be a welcoming place with understanding staff. It is the COMPLETE opposite. They treat it like a factory, and we are burden coming here and making them do their job.

I want to start by saying thank you to Jennifer and Samantha both ladies were very sweet and informative. They answered all of my questions and gave me the reassurance I needed. This visit was 100 % better than my last once I will continue to come to this location as their staff is the friendliest I’ve come across ! This location is 100% clean as well and they make you feel comfortable!

My experience with Sophie was overall amazing she was very sweet made the process feel super comfortable she informed me a lot throughout my appointment. However Ivonne drew blood from my arm and she tightened the band as if it was a shoe she was tightening. I’ve had blood drawn before and it was never tightened that way. She had the worst attitude throughout my screening questions. She never made eye contact kept her back facing me. Ivonne review how to properly place a bandage and coach back with your mentor about how to service others I promise you it won’t hurt!

This is the only Planned Parenthood I have been to that charged me despite being a low income college student. It was $90 just to receive treatment or be seen at all. Off jump I felt a very rude vibe from the staff that I tried to ignore but it was constant. I filled out the form online with my lived name and was repeatedly deadnamed in front of the entire lobby, then brushed off when I corrected the nurse later. After hearing the pricing I was visibly shocked and the nurses asked repeatedly if I would be able to pay with the alternative being heavily implied to be getting turned away. They asked me what I had out loud in front of the entire waiting room so I had to admit to getting exposed to a specific STI in public. Then one I was taken back I asked the nurse if I could get a full panel on the same $90 or if it would be an extra charge. The nurse responded by answering a completely different question about if I could get treatment without being tested. I asked again and she reiterated what she said before. This was all while I was making sure to keep an even tone despite being a little annoyed because I know that being rude gets you worse care. She then told me "Ok, let's take t
