We are very lucky to have a community resource like Planned Parenthood CCC. I found myself in the horrible situation where I had found out I had miscarried, and sadly, had prior experience. My first experience was stressful, extremely painful, and very expensive, as I ended up needing to go to the ER. Management of my second miscarriage at Planned Parenthood was holistic, skilled, thorough, and professional. I was so grateful to have great medical professionals around me at such an awful time.

Incredible angels abound here. Their competence and compassion is beyond description. Thank you Mercy, Ananda, Erin, and others whose names I don’t remember for taking the best care possible of my wife. We are so lucky to have them here in our community doing, as Erin described, “the best job in the world.” Only people who have received their kindness and grace will understand this ❤️

Always very professional, competent and friendly staff. Rooms are clean prices are very fair. Have been coming for years (thank goodness it’s still open) and have never had a bad experience.

Absolutely amazing hands down! The staff is so unbelievably supportive and makes you feel safe the entire time. I would recommend them to everyone. They made me feel secure in my choices and provided so much information on everything. Thank you so much for helping me during my time there.

Fire the whole front receptionists. Extremely rude. made me feel unwelcome the entire time. The girl with the curly hair would laugh and say she couldn’t hear me and made me write everything down, while the other 2 stared me down. Not sure who even hired them.

Waited here for 4.5 hours before the procedure between waiting and testing rooms. Staff was cold and dismissive before and after procedure, rushing me away after 15 minutes when I could finally stand. At least the doctors are competent and and skilled, but I would recommend finding another location or different healthcare options if it's possible for you to do.

I never post reviews, but I got the hormonal IUD placed recently and had an amazing experience. I was very nervous and expecting the worst pain of my life but the women working were all so nice and supportive. The Dr. who did the insertion was very reassuring and continuously checked in to see how I was doing. Yes it hurt a few times during insertion but they helped me through it and it only lasted a few seconds. Overall great experience and was free through the family plan!

I had an appointment with my normal gyno (not PP) which got cancelled day of because the nurse practitioner was absent. When I tried to reschedule, they told me the next available appointment was six months out!! So I made an appointment with planned parent that same afternoon. The wait time was very long, but the staff were all very helpful and respectful. I was able to get a diagnosis and prescription at the appointment, and only paid $.98. Thanks Planned Parenthood you rock!
