Dr Perkins and staff are all amazing and we have had such incredible experience with both my children. They are patient with the kids, thorough with explanations of next steps and overall wonderful at what they do! Can’t recommend this office enough!

I’ve been through the orthodontic wringer, so I don’t say this lightly: Dr. Perkins and his team are the real deal. Some history. At 19, I had braces put on in Miami. I asked that orthodontist whether we should wait on my wisdom teeth, and he told me they were impacted in a way that meant they’d never come in. They came in. My smile shifted, and years of work was undone. In my mid-to-late twenties I tried Invisalign. I wasn’t happy with the result, and I wasn’t happy with the process either — trays in day and night, in and out around every meal. In my experience it just isn’t a better system than braces. So when I decided to try again, I wanted an actual orthodontist and I wanted the right one. Several of the best dentists in Fort Worth pointed me to Dr. Perkins. They were right. Ten months. That’s how long it took to get my teeth where they should have been all along, using a newer bracket system called LightForce. The care was thorough, the scheduling was easy, and appointments ran on time — which matters more than people realize when you’re doing this as an adult with a job. With three children, we’ve spent more than our fair share of time at dentists’ and orthodontists’ offices over the years. While visiting the orthodontist isn’t usually anyone’s favorite experience, Dr. Perkins and his exceptional team have truly discovered the secret sauce. From the moment you walk through the doors, you’re greeted with a wonderful sense of calm. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and incredibly relaxing, which makes such a difference, especially for children getting braces for the first time. The entire team is second to none. Everyone is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about making each visit a positive and personalized experience. Dr. Perkins is outstanding, knowledgeable, patient, and fantastic with both kids and parents. Without question, this has been the best orthodontic experience our family has ever had in Fort Worth. The best orthodontist money can buy. Amazing staff, easy to work with, flexible with scheduling, kind, and professional. They will give you a smile to make everyone ask who is your orthodontist?! You will get comments on having the perfect smile. They have given all 4 of my children the perfect smile. Don’t hesitate they are the best, and have a plan for everyone. Go in for your free consultation today. The staff have been great at working with our changing insurance companies over the years and have always made the paperwork process too easy. I feel like I stole the perfect smiles from this place. You may find a lower cost or a faster option but in the end you will not have a Perkins smile. So don’t make the mistake of choosing another orthodontist just because of those things, your smile will be there until the end so make it the perfect smile. Make it a Perkins smile!

Place is immaculate, very kind and awesome employees. My insurance changed between consult and install of braces. They were nice and very helpful in getting the documentation changed over. Braces install (lightforce) went well she was very detail orientated and kept me in the loop on what to expect as she installed them. Didn't drown me. The experience was good and I dont have any wires poking me or any issues. Very happy with everything in this experience!
