As soon as I got home I filed a complaint with my insurance company and based on my report they told me I should forward it to the Dental Board of California as well. I left without a cleaning because the dentist admitted that it wouldn’t be any better than what I already do at home, and I was told repeatedly that my teeth are extremely clean. I did tell them upon initiation of the exam I was not interested in anything cosmetic or not covered by insurance. I am disabled and cannot afford anything that is not essential to survival. I wanted to have a lost filling from my front tooth replaced. It lasted 30 years and fell out recently. Apparently that needs 2 veneers now? I didn’t bother getting a quote because I can’t afford that. This dentist’s behavior was even more egregious and unprofessional than I thought. Medi Cal stated that they are not supposed to push services that are not covered by insurance, especially cosmetic procedures and *especially* after I specifically stated I am not interested in cosmetics. He said I need gum surgery that is not covered and it is my fault that I cleaned my teeth too much. My gum disease has been very stable for many years and this is not a

Honestly this Dental group is the best i have ever been too in all my life. This sounds so cliché I know! I am 35 years old and have 4 kids and have a lot of medical issues that have taken a toll on my teeth on top of multiple pregnancies and surgeries and breastfeeding and my teeth were broken, decayed and i had an unfinished root canal that was there for 4 years unfinished and this team appealed my denial in insurance to get my mouth fixed and i am just so grateful for them. The girls that work here are the kindest people and so genuine and sweet they always make me feel happy to see them. The dentist himself is very kind and gentle and works honestly and quickly and makes sure you're comfortable the entire time. I love this team and the vibe of this place. Dentists are usually scam artists and negatively viewed but not here. I absolutely recommend them if you're in need of dental work they are the best there is in the dental field for real!

The staff at Perfect Smile is always welcoming and very knowledgeable. They have very up to date technology, which I appreciate. I have been seeing them for the past 6 years and would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a new dentist.

I had such a great experience at this dental office. Diana at the front desk is always so helpful, kind, and welcoming, she truly makes everything easier from the moment you walk in. I’m usually pretty skeptical and nervous about anesthesia, but Elizabeth made the entire process feel so smooth, calm, and comfortable. She explained everything and really put me at ease. So grateful for a team that genuinely cares. Highly recommend!
